Tracy N. Tool
is a partner with the law firm of Bye, Goff & Rohde, Ltd., serving Wisconsin and Minnesota. Since 1990, he has focused his practice in the areas of plaintiff's personal injury litigation, nursing home malpractice, wrongful death, employment litigation, and civil rights litigation. Mr. Tool is board-certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a civil trial specialist. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota and his J.D. degree from the University of Minnesota Law School. Mr. Tool is a member of the St. Croix Valley, Ramsey County and Hennepin County bar associations; and the Wisconsin Association of Justice.

Jonathan F. Cohen
is the managing partner with Plosia Cohen LLC, where his practice area focuses on labor and employment, civil litigation and school law. Mr. Cohen is a licensed mediator in the state of New Jersey. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and before the United States District Court of New Jersey, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Cohen is the president emeritus of the New Jersey Chapter of the Labor Employment Relations Association ("LERA"). He earned his B.S. degree from Florida State University, his M.P.H. degree from Boston University School of Public Health, and his J.D. degree from Boston University School of Law.

William H. Pillsbury
is a solo practitioner with the Law Offices of William H. Pillsbury PLLC. He has taken his deep knowledge of legal issues impacting businesses and nonprofits, to serve as outside legal counsel for small businesses and nonprofits. Mr. Pillsbury is a veteran attorney with more than a decade of experience advising and representing businesses and nonprofits on a range of legal issues, including insurance recovery, labor and employment, board management, and commercial litigation. His insurance recovery experience includes representation of nonprofits, hotels, restaurants, nursing homes, school district joint insurance funds, and individuals; as well as assisting clients recover insurance under a variety of coverages, including property, business interruption, commercial general liability, boilers and machinery, and life insurance. Mr. Pillsbury helps his clients with their construction matters. He has also had the honor of being a judicial law clerk on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Pillsbury has been recognized by his peers as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for 2015 and 2016 and a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2012 through 2014. He earned his B.A. degree from Rutgers University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Temple University. Mr. Pillsbury is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

James K. Weston, II
is a board-certified civil trial lawyer at Tom Riley Law Firm PLC, where he has practiced since graduating from law school in 1996. Mr. Weston practices in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death, professional negligence/malpractice, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation. In addition to his trial practice, he regularly speaks to lawyers’ groups on litigation and trial issues, insurance law, and other subjects. Mr. Weston earned his B.A. degree from the University of Iowa and his J.D. degree from Drake University School of Law.

Peter Lembesis
is a member of Dunn Lambert, L.L.C., practicing in the areas of shareholder and partnership disputes, commercial contract disputes, estate/probate litigation, foreclosure prosecution and defense, commercial landlord/tenant litigation, construction litigation, employment litigation, and securities litigation. He has experience overseeing a variety of civil litigation matters, including successfully trying to completion, a number of cases before juries and judges across the state of New Jersey. Mr. Lembesis earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from Rutgers College; and his J.D. degree, with honors, from Rutgers School of Law - Camden, where he was also an editor of the Rutgers Law Journal. Following his graduation from Rutgers School of Law, he clerked for the Honorable Michael Winkelstein of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division; and worked in the litigation departments of several prominent New Jersey firms.
