Jay Meisenhelder
is an attorney and founder of Jay Meisenhelder Employment & Civil Rights Legal Services, P. C., located in Indianapolis. He practices in the areas of employment and discrimination law. Mr. Meisenhelder received his A.B. degree from Indiana University; his M.B.A. degree from the University of Maryland; and his J.D. degree, cum laude from Indiana University, Maurer School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Indiana and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern districts of Indiana U.S. District Court Western for the District of Michigan; U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit; U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, pro hac vice; and U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

Schuyler D. Geller
is a partner and member of Burke Costanza & Carberry LLP's litigation and business practice groups, where he represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial, regulatory, and employment litigation. He graduated from Indiana University, where he was a Justice on the Student Supreme Court. Mr. Geller went on to attend Chicago Kent College of Law, where he graduated with highest honors, earning induction in the Order of the Coif. He is active in the Indiana State Bar Association and is a recent graduate of the ISBA's Leadership Development Academy. Mr. Geller has certification from the National Institute of Trial Advocacy in Trial and Deposition Skills. He is licensed to practice in Illinois, Indiana, before the Northern and Central districts of Illinois, Federal Trial Bar for the Northern District of Illinois and the U.S. Tax Court.
