Patrick H. Patrick
is a partner in the New Orleans law firm of Patrick Miller LLC, where he practices in the areas of maritime law, insurance litigation and regulation, commercial litigation, administrative law, workers' compensation defense, and intellectual property litigation. Mr. Patrick is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, Maritime Law Association of the U.S., Association of Average Adjusters of the U.S., Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel and the Defense Research Institute. He is a member and current secretary of the Executive Board of the International Propeller Club, and past president of the Propeller Club of the United States Port of New Orleans. Mr. Patrick earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of South Alabama and his J.D. degree from Tulane University of Louisiana.

Brent M. Steier
is an attorney with Simien & Simien. He focuses his practice on workers' compensation litigation, contract litigation, insurance coverage litigation, construction litigation, commercial collections, and commercial bankruptcy (adversary proceedings). Mr. Steier is admitted to practice before all Louisiana state courts; U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western districts of Louisiana; and the Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western districts of Louisiana. He is a member of the Louisiana State and Baton Rouge bar associations. Mr. Steier earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from Northern Illinois University and his J.D. degree from Tulane Law School.

Frank J. Torres
is a partner with Blue Williams in the Metairie office, and has been with the firm since 2004. His practice consists primarily of admiralty and maritime, federal and state workers' compensation, and insurance law. Mr. Torres also handles DBA (Defense Based Act) cases. He earned his B.A. degree in political science from Skidmore College and his J.D. degree from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law. At Loyola, Mr. Torres was a member of Loyola's Moot Court Staff, and competed as an oralist in Tulane University's National Sports Law Moot Court Competition. In this competition, his team won Best Brief, and received honorable mention as an oralist. Mr. Torres is admitted to practice before all state courts in Louisiana. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Louisiana. Mr. Torres is a member of the National Bar Association, New Orleans Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, and the Hispanic National Bar Association.

Corey Fitzpatrick
is an attorney with Workers' Compensation, LLC with more than 18 years of experience in the practice of worker's compensation. Previously Mr. Fitzpatrick was a defense attorney with Blue Williams law firm. He has spoken at numerous seminars and has presented a skills course in workers' compensation at Loyola College of Law for several years. He earned his bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing from Louisiana State University and his J.D. degree from Loyola University School of Law. Mr. Fitzpatrick is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Louisiana state courts.
