Speaker bio
Glenn A. Duhl
is a principal in Zangari Cohn Cuthbertson Duhl & Grello P.C., representing management in employment law and litigation. He is an experienced litigator who represents his clients in trials before federal and state court judges, juries, and administrative and arbitration proceedings. Representative matters include breach of contract, wrongful termination, discrimination, defamation, trade secret misappropriation, restrictive covenants, wage and hour, harassment, and class action defense. Mr. Duhl also advises clients on litigation-avoidance strategies and techniques in complex and highly sensitive disputes. He previously served as an adjunct professor in moot court and trial advocacy at UCONN Law School, and taught advanced employment law at the University of Hartford. Mr. Duhl is licensed in Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts and Louisiana. He earned his B.A. degree from Wesleyan University and his J.D. degree from Tulane Law School.

Anthony A. Sheffy
is the founding partner of Sheffy, DeNigris, Grey & Bedard, which is located centrally in Southington, Connecticut. He has taken jury verdicts in state and federal court recovering substantial compensation for families, including those whose lives have been dramatically altered by a sudden death or brain injury, as well as on behalf of Lloyd's of London, Omni and other insurers. Mr. Sheffy has written and lectured on topics ranging from the fundamentals of presenting civil jury cases to advanced evidence techniques for attorneys experienced in the courtroom. He has been honored as a member of the Order of Justitia in the Litigation Counsel of America; a fellow of the American Bar Foundation; designated as a Top 100 Lawyers in America; and designated as a Super Lawyer in Connecticut since 2011. Mr. Sheffy earned his B.S. degree in combined music and physics from Lebanon Valley College and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Western New England School of Law. He is admitted to the bar for Connecticut state courts and the Federal District Court for the state of Connecticut.

Steven J. Errante
is a partner in the New Haven law firm of Lynch, Traub, Keefe & Errante, P.C., where his practice is devoted to civil litigation, with a special emphasis on personal injury. He served as an adjunct professor of legal studies at the University of New Haven, and is currently an adjunct professor at Quinnipiac School of Law. Mr. Errante is editor at large of the Connecticut Bar Journal. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association (member, Executive Committee of the Litigation Section). Mr. Errante is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Board of Governors of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, New York Trial Lawyers Association and Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Hofstra University and his J.D. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
