Glen Utzman

, Attorney at Law, is an associate professor of accounting at the University of Idaho, teaching the tax and business law courses in the College of Business, and has taught in the College of Law at the University of Idaho. He also has a law practice, practicing in the areas of taxation, estate planning, probate, corporate and partnership law. Mr. Utzman has spoken to numerous tax and estate planning groups on limited liability companies and various related issues. He is a licensed CPA, a member of the Idaho State Bar, and admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Utzman earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from Washington State University; his J.D. degree from the University of Idaho College of Law; and his LL.M. degree from New York University School of Law. He continued his education through programs at both Southern Methodist University School of Law and Harvard Law School.
