Zack Lewis
is a partner at Bovis Kyle Burch and Medlin, LLC, a full-service law firm located in Atlanta, Georgia. He represents national and local clients in business, construction, professional liability, and general liability lawsuits throughout Georgia. While a substantial number of his cases are resolved through mediation or motion practice, Mr. Lewis also holds significant experience trying cases to verdict. In addition to his litigation practice, he has also been retained to serve as a standard-of-care expert witness in multiple legal malpractice lawsuits. Mr. Lewis earned his B.A degree from Bucknell University and his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law.

Christine Hummel
is the president and founder of Hummel Consultation Services, a national legal consultation practice specializing in the application of the Medicare Secondary Payer Act to workers’ compensation, liability and no-fault cases. She is an active attorney with licensure in the state of Colorado. With more than 19 years of experience in Medicare compliance, Ms. Hummel is a published author and popular speaker on a wide array of topics related to Medicare compliance. She is a member of the American Bar Association (Health Law Section) and the Colorado Bar Association. Her legal experience work includes Medicaid, probate and elder law. Ms. Hummel donates a significant amount of time volunteering with the Federal Park Service, giving presentations on the roles of women during the American War of Independence. She earned her B.S. degree from the University of Southern California and her J.D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law.

James T. Snyder
is the managing shareholder of James T. Snyder Law, PLLC in Syracuse, New York, where he concentrates in the areas of motor vehicle, product liability, construction, medical negligence personal injury litigation, disability rights advocacy, trial and appellate practice, mass torts and class actions. He is recognized as a New York Super Lawyer. Mr. Snyder has been a speechwriter, senior staff member and an assistant counsel to Governor Mario M. Cuomo of the State of New York; and a senior trial attorney with the Legal Aid Society of the City of New York in the Criminal Defense Division in Brooklyn. Mr. Snyder is currently a professor and pre-law advisor in the Political Science Department at Le Moyne College in Syracuse. For 20 years, he was an adjunct professor in the Legal Studies Program at Syracuse University, teaching litigation and civil practice, tort law, and alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Snyder is a board member of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, and is a member of the New York State Bar Association. He earned his A.B. degree, magna cum laude, from Colgate University; and his J.D. degree from Albany Law School of Union University.

David A. Lowe
is a partner with the law firm of Keegan, Juban, Lowe & Robichaux, LLC, where he focuses his practice in civil litigation, corporate matters, employment law, personal injury, and successions. Mr. Lowe is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in the state of Louisiana, and has been admitted to practice pro hac vice before multiple federal courts in other jurisdictions. He has argued multiple cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit Court. Mr. Lowe is a member of the Louisiana State, Baton Rouge, Federal and American bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and his J.D. degree from Louisiana State University.
