is an attorney and director at Simpson, Garrity, Innes & Jacuzzi, P.C. She has comprehensive experience handling employment law matters before all state and federal courts, as well as before various state, federal and local agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Department of Labor (DOL), Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE), Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) and Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board (CUIAB), among others. Ms. McCoy has extensive expertise in the areas of discrimination, harassment and retaliation; wrongful termination; management of employees with disabilities; protected leaves of absence and requesting reasonable accommodation; wage and hour compliance; drug testing and substance abuse management; privacy; hiring practices; employment contracts; terminations and reductions in force; workplace safety and violence prevention; workplace investigations; whistle-blowing; and trade secrets and unfair business practices. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of California and her J.D. degree from Golden Gate University School of Law.

is general counsel for TLC Management, Inc., a multi-state long term care company. He is a registered mediator and a senior certified HR professional with SHRM and HRCI. During his nearly 21 years of practice, Mr. Doss has worked as a staff attorney for UAW-GM, as an employment and labor administrative law judge, and as a business law adjunct professor. He is a disabled veteran who served eight years as an infantry soldier and drill instructor. Mr. Doss leads TLC’s management and HR teams against charges filed with federal and state administrative agencies, litigates lawsuits, and represents management in mediations. He handles a wide range of matters, with a particular emphasis on federal and state employment law matters including drug testing; wage and hour laws, medical leaves of absence and disability accommodation; domestic violence; mental health; unfair competition and trade secrets; employee relations; protecting against claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation; and compliance. Mr. Doss earned his J.D. degree from Northern Illinois University and is the chair-elect for the Indiana State Bar Association’s Employment, Labor, and Benefits Section. Mr. Doss is licensed to practice law in Federal and State courts of Florida and Indiana.
