Speaker bio
Zachary B. Pyers
is a partner in the Columbus, Ohio office of Reminger Co., L.P.A., and is licensed to practice in Ohio, West Virginia and the District of Columbia. His practice focuses on civil litigation, including complex litigation, corporate and commercial litigation, professional liability, and general liability. Mr. Pyers has represented numerous professions in professional liability claims, including attorneys, accountants, architects, engineers, surveyors, builders, insurance agents and investment advisors. He is an adjunct professor at Capital University Law School, where he teaches courses in depositions, e-discovery, and the school's Mock Trial Competition team. Mr. Pyers earned his LL.M. degree in business at Capital University Law School; his B.B.A. degree from Ohio University; and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Capital University Law School.

Robert A. Kezelis
is a sole practitioner in Palos Heights, Illinois, where he practices in the areas of civil litigation, family law, and complex litigation. He is a former adjunct professor at John Marshall Law School. In 1991, Mr. Kezelis was the first American professor invited to teach in Lithuania after the collapse of the Soviet Union. He has spoken for various professional groups on topics related to his areas of practice. Mr. Kezelis earned his B.A. degree from Northwestern University and his J.D. degree from John Marshall Law School. He is a member of the Chicago (member, Professional Responsibility, Civil Practice and Judicial Evaluation committees), Illinois State, and Lithuanian American (former president) bar associations, as well as the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.

H. Asby Fulmer, III
is a sole practitioner of the Fulmer Law Firm, LLC, in Summerville, South Carolina, with offices in both South Carolina and North Carolina. His practice areas include automobile accidents, premise liability, medical malpractice, workers' compensation, and catastrophic injuries. Along with numerous brain injury cases, Mr. Fulmer has litigated cases not only in South Carolina, but multiple other states as well. He is admitted to the South Carolina Bar and is a member of the Dorchester County Bar Association. Mr. Fulmer earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of South Carolina.

Peter L. Ostermiller
is a sole practitioner concentrating in legal ethics and professional responsibility matters. He represents attorneys in disciplinary and reinstatement proceedings, judges in judicial ethics matters, and bar exam applicants. Mr. Ostermiller has also represented parties in attorney's fee dispute proceedings, and attorneys in legal proceedings in which sanctions have been sought against the attorney; represented parties in attorney disqualification proceedings; and counseled lawyers and law firms in their respective rights, responsibilities and duties to other attorneys and their clients. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Louisville Bar Association, and the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers. Mr. Ostermiller served on the Kentucky Bar Association's Ethics 2000 Committee, which proposed changes to the Rules of Professional Conduct to the KBA, and resulted in the July 2009 revisions to the ethics rules. He graduated with his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Louisville.
