Speaker bio
Heather Larson Behrmann
is the owner of Pedersen Law PLLC in Williamsburg, Virginia. She is licensed to practice in Virginia, and is authorized to practice pending her admission to the Tennessee Bar Association. The focus of Ms. Pedersen's law practice is matters related to family law, which includes divorce, custody, parenting time, support, estate planning, adoption, and issues related to military divorce situations. Currently, she is counsel for a client with a petition before the Supreme Court of Virginia, Yourko v. Yourko. Aside from managing several attorneys and support staff, Ms. Pedersen has a very active practice, but also believes in staying abreast of local and statewide legal matters. She is a member of the Williamsburg Bar Association, Virginia Mountain Valley Lawyers Association, Family Law Section of the Virginia State Bar, and Tennessee Bar Association. A believer in continued education, Ms. Pedersen has served as an adjunct professor at William & Mary School of Law, and is pursuing a Ph.D. degree in criminal justice. She earned her undergraduate degree from Old Dominion University and her J.D. degree from Regent University.

Julie D. Eisenhower
is a partner with TriAmicus Law, PLLC, in Knoxville, TN. She practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, probate, conservatorships, elder law, family law, appellate law, civil litigation and serves as an administrator ad litem and fiduciary for many estates. Ms. Eisenhower is a Master Certified Estate Planner® through the National Institute of Certified Estate Planners. Ms. Eisenhower earned an A.A. degree in history from Pellissippi State Technical Community College, summa cum laude, and a B.A. degree in history, summa cum laude, from the University of Tennessee. She earned her J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law. Ms. Eisenhower is currently a candidate for an LLM in Elder Law and Estate Planning through the Western New England University School of Law.

Vanessa Moore
is an associate at Wong Fleming Attorneys at Law in Redmond, Washington. Her practice focuses on private client services and complex family law litigation. Ms. Moore advocates for clients dealing with jurisdiction issues, high asset dissolutions, and corporate collections. Her background includes several years of practice with Wong Fleming. Ms. Moore oversees the Family Law Department of the Redmond, Washington Wong Fleming office. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Seattle University and her Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law.

T. Kevin Knight
is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.
