Damages, Medical Record Insights, Doctor Deposition Questions, and More
Dissatisfaction with cosmetic or plastic surgery results does not always add up to medical negligence, and even when it does jurors can be less than sympathetic. But that doesn't mean medical professionals can't be held liable for malpractice. Can you recognize cases with potential and carry them through? This primer will help you differentiate between known complications and botched surgeries, show you what to look for in medical records, reveal questions to ask medical experts, and more. Expand your knowledge and expertise - register today!
