Amanda M. Basch
is a partner with Schmidt Basch, LLC where she concentrates her practice in the areas of litigation, including trust, probate and fiduciary litigation; domestic/family law; and banking /creditors' rights disputes. Ms. Basch's practice includes both private and appointed counsel representation in guardianships and conservatorships, private and appointed counsel in other probate matters, and guardian ad litem representation in family court. The transactional portion of Ms. Basch's practice includes estate and creditor protection planning, lender representation and real estate transactions. She earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude from Maryville University; and her J.D. degree from Saint Louis University School of Law. Ms. Basch is admitted to practice in Supreme Court of Missouri and the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Missouri.

Margaret G. Zickuhr Zolp
is a partner with the law firm of Houseman & Feind, LLP, where her practice areas include mediation and family law. She is a certified parenting coordinator. Ms. Zickuhr Zolp has mediated and litigated many divorces, custody and placement issues, support issues, visitation, and civil disputes. She has done extensive work with the juvenile courts as an advocate counsel and as a guardian ad litem, in matters such as adoption, CHIPS, and juvenile delinquency. Ms. Zickuhr Zolp is currently an adjunct professor at Marquette University Law School. She has also been an adjunct professor at several local colleges and universities where she has taught undergraduate and master's degree classes on law and ethics. In addition, she is on the State of Wisconsin Board for the Dispute Resolution Section and the Office of Lawyer Regulation. She is a former assistant editor for the Wisconsin Journal of Family Law. Ms. Zickuhr Zolp is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Ozaukee County and Washington County bar associations, Matrimonial Inns of Court, Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, National Association of Professional Women, Society of Family Lawyers, and the Wisconsin Association of Mediators. She was recently named one of the Top 10 Best Wisconsin Family Law Attorneys by the American Institute of Family Law; she has been rated as a top Southeast Wisconsin attorney by the WISN A-list; and she also has been named a Wisconsin Rising Star Attorney by Super Lawyers. Ms. Zickuhr Zolp earned her B.B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and her J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School.

Shane Read
, CPA/ABV, CFE with Shane Read CPA Accountancy, specializes in business valuation and litigation support relating to financial issues. His experience encompasses a wide range of issues in family law and civil litigation, including business appraisals, tracing of separate property, income available for support, damage analysis, and uncovering unreported income and hidden assets. Mr. Read graduated with a M.S. degree in accounting from the University of Tampa, and has been working in public accounting since 2007. While in Tampa, he gained three years of experience in external audit and income tax preparation. Mr. Read is licensed as a certified public accountant by the state of California. He has served as a court-appointed expert under Evidence Code 730. He is a certified fraud examiner, and has been given the title of accredited business valuator by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He appreciates the growth opportunities and challenges that business valuation and litigation support afford.

Lisa Ura Bollinger
is a partner with The Black LaFrance & Bollinger, LLC, where she practices in the areas of divorce and family law, estate planning, general litigation, landlord representation in evictions and collection, and real estate. Ms. Bollinger graduated from Notre Dame College and later from Franklin Pierce Law Center (now the University of New Hampshire School of Law.) She is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and before the U.S. District Court (1st District NH). Attorney Bollinger has been practicing law since 2002.

She has over 30 years experience as a certified divorce financial analyst, certified financial planner, award-winning author, national professional speaker, and continuing education instructor. After twenty-five years building a very successful financial planning and asset management practice, in 2007, Ms. Butler sold her practice to focus on motivational speaking, writing and divorce planning. She has been published in The Financial Planning Association magazine on practice management; Money magazine on reverse mortgages; AARP on nine secrets of caregiving; Senior Resource Central on practical tips to help moms caring for their own kids and aging parents; The New England Real Estate Journal on commercial real estate; and many more. Ms. Butler has also been a guest on many radio and television shows and is currently a member of The Estate & Tax Planning Council of Eastern Connecticut, the Certified Financial Planner Association, the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts, the National Association for Professional Women, and The National Speakers Association.

is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.
