Ms. Zickuhr Zolp has mediated and litigated many divorces, custody and placement issues, support issues, visitation, and civil disputes. She has done extensive work with the juvenile courts as an advocate counsel and as a guardian ad litem, in matters such as adoption, CHIPS, and juvenile delinquency. Ms. Zickuhr Zolp is currently an adjunct professor at Marquette University Law School. She has also been an adjunct professor at several local colleges and universities where she has taught undergraduate and master's degree classes on law and ethics. In addition, she is on the State of Wisconsin Board for the Dispute Resolution Section and the Office of Lawyer Regulation. She is a former assistant editor for the Wisconsin Journal of Family Law. Ms. Zickuhr Zolp is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Ozaukee County and Washington County bar associations, Matrimonial Inns of Court, Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, National Association of Professional Women, Society of Family Lawyers, and the Wisconsin Association of Mediators. She was recently named one of the Top 10 Best Wisconsin Family Law Attorneys by the American Institute of Family Law; she has been rated as a top Southeast Wisconsin attorney by the WISN A-list; and she also has been named a Wisconsin Rising Star Attorney by Super Lawyers. Ms. Zickuhr Zolp earned her B.B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and her J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School.
