Steven L. Lovett
, J.D., is an associate professor of business law and ethics at School of Business, Emporia State University (AACSB Accredited). He teaches business law and international business law courses, along with business ethics, social responsibility and sustainability at the undergraduate and graduate level. Prior to his teaching career, Mr. Lovett served as legal counsel for a multi-billion dollar credit union, regional banking clients, and private companies on a wide variety of corporate governance issues, compliance and regulatory issues, best practices, SEC filings review, outside counsel management, and business-to-business transactional matters. Mr. Lovett is the author of Corporate Counsel Guides: Practice Basics (1st ed., ABA Publishing, 2013), a textbook on applied ethics, and several trade and journal articles, book chapters and scholarly papers. He is a member or former member of the State Bar of Texas, State Bar of New Mexico, American (Corporate Governance, Commercial & Business Litigation and Financial Institution Litigation committees) and Federal bar associations. Mr. Lovett earned his B.A. degree from Texas A&M University and his J.D. degree from St. Mary's University School of Law.

Ryan J. Duffy
is a shareholder/director with the law firm of Fellers Snider in Oklahoma City. He practices in the areas of estate planning and administration, federal and state taxation, corporate organization, transactional law, oil and gas, energy, real estate, securities, non-profit organizations, commercial litigation and probate. Mr. Duffy's focus includes a specific concentration on tax controversies and business development. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Oklahoma County Bar Association. Mr. Duffy has served as chairman of the Oklahoma Bar Association Tax section and is also a member of the Estate Planning section. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting. Mr. Duffy earned his J.D. degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.

James K. Weston, II
is a board-certified civil trial lawyer at Tom Riley Law Firm PLC, where he has practiced since graduating from law school in 1996. He practices in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death, professional negligence/malpractice, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation. In addition to his trial practice, Mr. Weston regularly speaks to lawyers’ groups on litigation and trial issues, insurance law and other subjects. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Iowa and his J.D. degree from Drake University School of Law.

is the owner of Law Office of Bryce Denny, L.L.C., where he primarily practices labor and employment law. He is admitted to practice in both Texas and Louisiana. Mr. Denny was re-appointed in 2017 to a three-year term on the Louisiana State Bar Labor Law Advisory Commission. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Louisiana State Bar Association. Mr. Denny earned his B.A. degree from Austin College in Sherman, Texas and his J.D. degree from Baylor University.
