Michael R. Mey
is a partner in the Scranton law firm of Mey & Sulla, LLP, where his areas of practice include personal injury, insurance and construction law. He frequently lectures to various professional and business groups on auto accident injuries, construction law and personal injury issues. Mr. Mey earned his B.A. degree from Wilkes University and his J.D. degree from Capital University. He is a member of the Luzerne County and Pennsylvania bar associations, the American Association for Justice (member, Insurance Law Section), and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (member, sections on Bad Faith and Civil Litigation).

David I. Pomerantz
is senior partner in the Cleveland area law firm of Pomerantz & Crosby, Co., L.P.A., where he concentrates his practice in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice and workers' compensation claims. Mr. Pomerantz also handles probate, basic estate planning, wills and deeds. He has lectured on various topics including medical malpractice, insurance law, evidence and firm management. Mr. Pomerantz earned his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from The Ohio State University College of Law.

Daniel M. Schiavetta
is of counsel at Russo & Gould LLP, who specializes in nursing home and adult residential facility defense and has wide experience in appellate and insurance coverage litigation. He has prosecuted rescission, declaratory judgment and interpleader actions in state and federal court on behalf of various insurers, and has tried cases involving medical malpractice and premises liability. Mr. Schiavetta gives presentations to nursing homes as to charting and litigation issues, and is responsible for two changes in case law. He earned his B.A. degree from State University of New York and his J.D. degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law. Mr. Schiavetta is admitted to New York and New Jersey Federal courts, Second Circuit Court of Appeals, United States District Eastern and Middle districts of Pennsylvania and United States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit. He is a member of the Westchester County Bar Association, New Rochelle Bar Association and Defense Research Institute.
