Ryan J. Casson
is a solo practitioner at his firm Law Office of Ryan J. Casson located in Camarillo, California. He practices estate planning, elder law, Medicaid, probate, charitable gifting, tax, estate litigation and trust administration. Mr. Casson earned his B.B.A. degree from Walla Walla University and his J.D. degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He is licensed to practice law in California, Massachusetts and Florida.

Mary Beth Kelly
is an attorney and owner of The Law Office of Mary Beth Kelly located in Lake Mary, Florida. She focuses her practice on estate planning, wills and trusts, estate and trust administration, probate, special needs planning, guardianships, and Medicaid assistance. Ms. Kelly earned her B.S. degree, with honors, from the University of Central Florida and her J.D. degree from Barry College School of Law. Jason Neufeld
is an attorney and managing partner of Elder Needs Law, PLLC. He practices elder law. Mr. Neufeld serves on the Miami Mayor's Initiative on Aging, as board member of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, and as member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Mr. Neufeld is co-chair of the Broward County Bar Association Elder Law Section and is a past president of the North Dade Bar Association. He earned his J.D. degree from University of Miami School of Law. Mr. Neufeld is consistently recognized as a top elder law attorney among his peers in Florida Trend Magazine's Legal Elite, Avvo, Martindale-Hubbell (AV Preeminent Rated and awarded the Platinum Client Champion distinction) and Super Lawyers Magazine). He is licensed to practice law in Florida.

is the managing attorney with Patton Parker House in Asheville. She has a comprehensive elder law and estate planning practice including long term care and Medicaid planning, estate administration, fiduciary representation, guardianships and estate litigation. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), North Carolina State Bar Association, North Carolina Advocates for Justice, North Carolina Association of Women Attorneys (past president of the Western North Carolina Chapter) and currently acts as chair of the Board for the Black Mountain Center for the Arts. She has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers. Ms. Prendergast received her B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina at Asheville and earned her J.D. degree from Suffolk University School of Law. Ms. Prendergast is licensed to practice in North Carolina and Massachusetts.

is the principal of Rebecca A. Bowman, P.E. She focuses her practice in estate planning and administration, guardianship and conservatorship, as well as real estate. Ms. Bowman is a certified arbitrator and mediator, and a registered professional engineer. She is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, American Arbitration Association, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the American Bar Association; and is a long-time columnist on risk management for the PE Reporter. Ms. Bowman earned her B.S. degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law, her M.B.A. degree from Oklahoma University and her J.D. degree from Duquesne University School of Law. She was recently named the Senior Director for Ethics and Professional Responsibility for the National Society of Professional Engineers.
