Trevor R. Brice
is an attorney at The Royal Law Firm with years of experience advising clients through the litigation process. His experience ranges from representing private corporations in state and federal court to representing individual clients before unemployment tribunals. Trevor works to solve employers' problems early before they spiral out of control. Trevor has regularly advised and represented clients in state and federal courts, as well as at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD), the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities (CHRO), and other state agencies. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Providence College, and a Juris Doctor and a Master's in Business Administration from Suffolk University Law School, Boston, Massachusetts.

Lindsay A. Dischley
is an attorney at CSG Law. She represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, whistleblower, retaliation, and wage and hour claims in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and New York, and before federal, state and local administrative agencies, including the EEOC, New Jersey Department of Labor & Workforce Development, New Jersey Division on Civil Rights, New York State Division of Human Rights, and New York City Commission on Human Rights. Ms. Dischley also counsels human resources professionals, general counsel and business owners in all aspects of employment law, including leaves of absence, accommodations, cannabis, wage and hour law requirements, prevailing wage, employment and separation agreements, restrictive covenants, the implementation of employment policies, employee training programs, and other employment issues. Furthermore, she conducts internal workplace investigations for employers on employment-related issues, such as claims of harassment and discrimination, and provides trainings to employees, such as sensitivity and anti-harassment training. Ms. Dischley earned her bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, from Loyola University Maryland and her J.D. degree from Fordham University Law School, where she was a member of the Urban Law Journal and the Moot Court Board, and participated in the Family Law Clinic. She is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey Women Lawyers Association, and a board member of Girls on the Run of New Jersey East. Ms. Dischley is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York, and before the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey; and U.S. District Court, Eastern and Southern districts of New York.

Clarissa K. Pintado
is an attorney at Charlson Bredehoft Cohen Brown & Nadelhaft, P.C. located in Reston, Virginia. She handles a variety of employment and labor matters including those involving breach of contract, business torts, breach of fiduciary duties, workplace discrimination and harassment, wrongful termination, libel, and defamation. Ms. Pintado received a B.A. degree in international studies, cum laude, from American University, before joining BakerHostetler as a paralegal in the complex business litigation and First Amendment practice groups. She received her J.D. degree from American University Washington College of Law, where she was a contributing editor of the International Law Review. Ms. Pintado also received her master's in international affairs from American University. She is a member of Federal Bar Association, a board member of Alexandria Bar Foundation, and chair of Alexandria Lawyer Well-being Committee. Ms. Pintado is licensed to practice law in Commonwealth of Virginia and Colorado, and before the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western districts of Virginia, and United States Supreme Court.

is a partner at Mederos, Ormonde & Rascon, where she practices labor matters (with emphasis on employer defense), general civil litigation (including contractual disputes, fraud), water law, real property transaction and litigation, estate planning, probate/trust administration and litigation, estate planning, business and corporate litigation, business formation and transaction, landlord/tenant, board advisory, bankruptcy, creditor collection, and ADA defense. Ms. Rascon received her bachelor's degree from California State University Fresno and her J.D. from San Joaquin College of Law. She is a member of Tulare County Bar Association, a board member of St. Aloysius School Board, and general counsel of Tulare Chamber of Commerce and Greater Tulare Chamber Trust. Ms. Rascon is admitted to practice law in California and before the Eastern District of California United States District Court.
