Lynda L. Laing
is a partner in the law firm of Strauss, Factor, Laing & Lyons in Providence, Rhode Island, where her practice concentrates in the areas of collections and litigation. Ms. Laing is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Rhode Island and American bar associations, Commercial Law League of America, and American Bankruptcy Institute. She served as chairperson of the Bench Bar Committee for the Rhode Island Bar Association. Ms. Laing earned her A.B. degree from Albion College and her J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University Law School.

Joshua Burnett
is a partner with Amann Burnett, PLLC. He represents both plaintiff and defendant clients in state and federal court in variety of civil matters, including business, partnership and other contract disputes, real estate and mortgage disputes, consumer protection, and foreclosure defense. In addition to his present areas of concentration, Mr. Burnett has a background in mortgage foreclosure, landlord/tenant, probate law and family law. He also teaches bankruptcy law and creditor’s rights at Massachusetts School of Law, and has contributed to Massachusetts continuing legal education programs on bankruptcy-related topics. Mr. Burnett has been recognized as a Rising Star in consumer bankruptcy by Super Lawyer in 2017, 2018 and 2019. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Lowell and of the Massachusetts School of Law. Mr. Burnett is also an accomplished pianist and played music professionally for many years.

John C. Ruddy
is a managing member in the firm Ruddy & Petersen Law Group, LLC in Aurora, Illinois. He concentrates his practice in the areas of litigation concerning real estate, bankruptcy reorganization, commercial matters, eminent domain and consumer disputes. Mr. Ruddy has been in practice since 1977. He advises and represents the firm's clients on real estate foreclosure proceedings, including the implementation of sheriff's sales. Mr. Ruddy also advises and represents loan borrowers on defenses and counterclaims, to mortgage foreclosure proceedings including the Fair Credit Agreements Act, Real Estate Settlement Protections Act, Truth in Lending Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Illinois Consumer Fraud Act. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Denver and his J.D. degree from University of Illinois, Chicago. Mr. Ruddy has been the chairperson of the Commercial Banking and Bankruptcy Committee of the Kane County Bar Association from 1994 to the present, and is a former bankruptcy trustee.

William R. Baldwin, III
is a member of the Richmond, Virginia firm of Meyer Baldwin Long & Moore LLP. While he maintains a general business practice, his primary focus has been in commercial litigation, with extensive corporate, debtor-creditor, landlord-tenant, Uniform Commercial Code, real estate, foreclosure and fraud experience. Mr. Baldwin is admitted to practice in Virginia and before the U.S. Supreme Court, Virginia Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and U.S. District and Bankruptcy courts for the Eastern and Western districts of Virginia. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar and Richmond Bar Association. Mr. Baldwin earned his B.S. degree from the United States Military Academy and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Washington & Lee University School of Law. He was law clerk to Hon. H.E. Widener, Jr., U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
