She served as chairperson of the Bench Bar Committee for the Rhode Island Bar Association. Ms. Laing earned her A.B. degree from Albion College and her J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University Law School.

is a partner with Amann Burnett, PLLC. He represents both plaintiff and defendant clients in state and federal court in variety of civil matters, including business, partnership and other contract disputes, real estate and mortgage disputes, consumer protection, and foreclosure defense. In addition to his present areas of concentration, Mr. Burnett has a background in mortgage foreclosure, landlord/tenant, probate law and family law. He also teaches bankruptcy law and creditor’s rights at Massachusetts School of Law, and has contributed to Massachusetts continuing legal education programs on bankruptcy-related topics. Mr. Burnett has been recognized as a Rising Star in consumer bankruptcy by Super Lawyer in 2017, 2018 and 2019. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Lowell and of the Massachusetts School of Law. Mr. Burnett is also an accomplished pianist and played music professionally for many years.

is a managing member in the firm Ruddy & Petersen Law Group, LLC in Aurora, Illinois. He concentrates his practice in the areas of litigation concerning real estate, bankruptcy reorganization, commercial matters, eminent domain and consumer disputes. Mr. Ruddy has been in practice since 1977. He advises and represents the firm's clients on real estate foreclosure proceedings, including the implementation of sheriff's sales. Mr. Ruddy also advises and represents loan borrowers on defenses and counterclaims, to mortgage foreclosure proceedings including the Fair Credit Agreements Act, Real Estate Settlement Protections Act, Truth in Lending Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Illinois Consumer Fraud Act. Mr. Baldwin is admitted to practice in Virginia and before the U.S. Supreme Court, Virginia Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and U.S. District and Bankruptcy courts for the Eastern and Western districts of Virginia. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar and Richmond Bar Association. Mr. Baldwin earned his B.S. degree from the United States Military Academy and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Washington & Lee University School of Law. He was law clerk to Hon. H.E. Widener, Jr., U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
