Speaker bio
Talia G. Damrow
concentrates her practice on civil litigation and insurance defense. She has defended a wide array of litigation including employment, real estate, medical malpractice, and construction defect claims. In the business arena, Ms. Damrow frequently handles contract disputes, corporate contract review and negotiations, and intellectual property trademark matters. She has served as corporate counsel for a broad range of businesses, and represents insurance companies in bad faith defense and coverage disputes. Ms. Damrow is licensed in Montana, Washington, Colorado, North Dakota, and Wyoming. Before joining Hall & Evans, she practiced civil litigation at small firms in Billings, Montana. While attending the University of Washington School of Law, Ms. Damrow was chief online editor of the Washington Journal of Law, Technology & Arts; law clerk for the Washington State Attorney General; and an intern with the Prosecuting Attorney's Office in Issaquah, Washington.

Susan B. Motschiedler
is a member of Parsons Behle & Latimer's employment and labor law and litigation practice groups. She maintains a civil litigation practice with a focus on employment litigation and counseling, and business litigation. She earned her B.A. degree from Rhodes College and her J.D. degree from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law. Ms. Motschiedler is admitted to the Utah State Bar and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit; and is a member of the Utah State Bar's Ethics Advisory Committeeand past president of Women Lawyers of Utah.
