Speaker bio
Shawn D. Twing
is a solo practitioner and general counsel for Infinite Health Services, LLC. His expertise lies in labor and employment law matters, business transactions and agency practice. Mr. Twing is also a writer and speaker on labor and employment issues, and hosts a labor and employment seminar annually at Wayland Baptist University. He represented Lubbock District Court Judge, Bradley Underwood in a civil action by a former court coordinator who alleged sexual harassment and retaliatory discharge. The resulting opinion of this case clarified legal standards regarding the statutory definition of “complaint” for purposes of the Labor Code’s limitations provisions. He is a member of various professional organizations, including the State Bar of Texas, American Bar Association, as well as the College of the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Twing is admitted to practice in Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. He earned his undergraduate degree from West Texas State University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.

David Gabor
is a partner with The Wagner Law Group where he focuses his practice in human resources consulting, which includes drafting policies, negotiation of contracts, training employees, representing employers during audits, and overseeing ADA compliance for websites. Mr. Gabor handles litigation in federal and state courts and at arbitrations in issues arising out of the employer-employee relationship. He also maintains an appellate practice. Mr. Gabor is a member of multiple professional organizations, including the New York State and Massachusetts bar associations, Northeast Human Resources Association, Society for Human Resource Management and Labor & Employment Law Committee. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Centre.

Mr. Snow earned his B.A. degree, with high distinction, from Indiana University at Bloomington; and his J.D. degree from Valparaiso University School of Law.

is an attorney with Primmer Piper Eggeleston & Cramer PC. His experience includes expertise in litigation, with a particular focus on labor and employment. Mr. Grant also is experienced in intellectual property, as well as real estate litigation, including boundary, easement and co-tenancy disputes. He is a member of the Maine State Bar Association. Mr. Grant earned his B.A. degree from Bates College, his M.A. degree from Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Boston University School of Law.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Orlando was an assistant district attorney at the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office. She earned her B.S. degree from Northeastern University and her J.D. degree from Albany Law School. Ms. Orlando is a member of the New York State Bar Association, New York City Bar Association, National Organization of Italian American Women, and the Westchester Women’s Bar Association.
