Mr. Meyer earned his B.A. degree from Grinnell College and his J.D. and LL.M. degrees from the University of Miami. He is a member of the Coral Gables, Miami-Dade County, and American bar associations; The Florida Bar (member, sections on Business and Tax); the Association of Trial Lawyers of America; the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Southern District of Florida; the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees; the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys; and the American Bankruptcy Institute.

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
