Todd I. Shugart
is the managing partner with Scholle Law, a firm practicing primarily in personal injury and wrongful death cases. His first exposure to personal injury law was with nationally renowned law firm of Spence, Moriarity & Schuster. There he worked closely with Bob Schuster, as well as Gerry Spence, the founder of the Trial Lawyer's College. Mr. Shugart then worked as an assistant United States attorney, handling complex and voluminous white-collar cases involving fraud, cyber intrusion, trademark and copyright violations, as well as large-scale drug conspiracies and violent crime. He is also a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Air Force Reserve JAG Corps. He earned his B.A. degree from Baker University and his J.D. degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law. Mr. Shugart is a member of the State Bar of Georgia; and the Tennessee, Colorado and Wyoming State bar associations.

James A. Robson
is a co-founding partner with Glass & Robson, LLC. He handles a wide variety of cases throughout the state of Georgia, including automobile wrecks, trucking/tractor-trailer wrecks, motorcycle wrecks, bicycle wrecks, premises liability, slip/trip and falls, negligent security, apartment shootings/assaults, defective/dangerous products, wrongful death, spinal cord injuries and brain injuries. Mr. Robson is admitted to practice in Georgia; all state and superior courts of Georgia; Georgia Court of Appeals; Supreme Court of Georgia; U.S. District Court, Northern, Middle and Southern districts of Georgia; Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals; and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice. Mr. Robson earned his A.B. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia at Athens and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Mercer University-Walter F. George School of Law.

Matthew J. Focht
is an attorney with Pressler, Senftle & Wilhite, PC. He practices in the area of personal injury law in both Maryland and the District of Columbia. Mr. Focht has deep experience in managing a broad range of high-stakes personal injury matters on behalf of victims and surviving family members, including automobile accidents, slip and falls, professional negligence, wrongful death cases, and a variety of other serious matters caused by avoidable negligence. He earned his B.A. degree from Loyola College in Maryland and his J.D. degree from Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.

J. Gregory Marks
is an attorney with Law Office of J. Gregory Marks, P.C. He has dedicated his law practice to helping victims who have been injured as a result of negligence, defective and dangerous products, and by the conscious disregard of safety protocols. Mr. Marks is board-certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board for Legal Specialization. He has done extensive legal work in exposing vehicle and product defects and enacting changes that ultimately saves lives. Mr. Marks has been recognized by the U.S. World Report as Lawyer of the Year for his work in product liability litigation, as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer, and as a Texas Super Lawyer every year since 2004. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Million Dollar Advocates' Forum, American Association of Justice, and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, as well as American Bar Association. Mr. Marks has been admitted to practice law before all state and federal courts in Texas. He earned his B.S. degree from Texas A & M University and his J.D. degree from Dedman University School of Law at Southern Methodist University.
