Thomas M. Condas
is a solo practitioner at his firm Thomas M. Condas LLC located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He has handled an extensive variety of insurance defense related matters, including insurance contract and coverage matters, construction defect suits (defending both general and sub-contractors), construction contract claims, environmental (mold) claims (representing Homeowners Associations and construction professionals), uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, automobile liability, premises liability, product liability and other personal injury related matters. Mr. Condas has also been involved in handling workers' compensation and subrogation claims both as a litigator and as a departmental managing partner. He graduated from Western State University, College of Law and received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah. Mr. Condas is a member of the Colorado, California and Utah state bars; American Bar Association; and El Paso County Bar Association.

Timothy E. Welsh
is a partner at Paladino & Welsh, LLC located in Old Saybrook, Connecticut, where he focuses primarily on workers' compensation. Mr. Welsh earned his B.A. degree from the University of Connecticut and his J.D. degree from Western New England School of Law. He is a member of Connecticut Bar Association, Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, Middlesex County Bar Association, and Professional Hockey Players' Association Panel Attorney. Mr. Welsh is admitted to practice law in Connecticut and the U.S. District Court of Connecticut.

Stephanie L. Van Meter
is an attorney at her firm Van Meter Law, LLC, located in Dublin, Ohio. She has nearly 20 years of experience practicing in both the public and private sectors, as well as working with businesses of all sizes from small single owner to Fortune 500 companies. Ms. Van Meter earned her B.A. degree from Oklahoma State University and her J.D. degree from The University of Tulsa College of Law. She is a member of Columbus Bar Association (Solo Practitioner Committee), Ohio Bar Association, and Dublin Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Van Meter is admitted to practice law in Ohio and Oklahoma, and before the U.S. District Court Southern District of Ohio.

Brian K. Brittain
is a partner, one of the founders, and vice president/treasurer of Ross, Brittain & Schonberg Co., L.P.A. He oversees the firm's workers' compensation and OSHA practices. Mr. Brittain primarily supervises the management, defense and administration of workers' compensation matters for more than 1,400 of the firm's clients. He is highly regarded in this field for his unique abilities in aiding both state-funded and self-insured companies to reduce overall workers’ compensation liabilities and expenditures. Since the firm's 1991 beginning, Mr. Brittain has been a driving force behind the development of workers' compensation group rating plans. He oversees all actuarial analyses for group projections and directs the claims administration for all new group members. Mr. Brittain regularly conducts seminars relating to OSHA workplace safety and workers' compensation matters, and has authored numerous articles relating to the current Ohio Workers' Compensation statute and potential future changes. He earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Mount Union College; his J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University; and his M.B.A. degree from Cleveland State University. Mr. Brittain is an Ohio State Bar Association certified specialist of workers' compensation law, a member of the Ohio State Association (Labor Law and Workers' Compensation Section), and a member of the Geauga County Bar Association and the Self-Insurers' Group of Ohio.

Shari A. Cohen
is an attorney and partner with Rubenstein, Berliner & Shinrod, LLC. She handles workers' compensation cases from inception through trial. Ms. Cohen has represented respondent employers in the past, but for several years has focused on representing petitioners in various courts in New Jersey. She earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from University of California, Los Angeles and her J.D. Degree from Rutgers Law school Newark. Ms. Cohen is a member of the Justice James A. Coleman Workers' Compensation Inns of Court, New Jersey Association for Justice and the Council on Occupational Safety and Health. She is a contributing author to the Lexis/Nexis Guide to New Jersey Workers' Compensation Law, 2020 edition.
