Mr. Holt also practices in the areas of business law and contract disputes, products liability, defamation, workers' compensation and more. He has tried to verdict hundreds of jury trials, including many civil juries in the past several years, ending in awards of millions of dollars for his clients. As a prosecutor, Mr. Holt has given speeches and been an instructor of trial techniques around the country. He is admitted to the Virginia State Bar, U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western districts of Virginia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Mr. Holt is a member of the Hampton Bar Association, Virginia Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, National Brain Injury Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking. He earned a B.A. degree from the University of Mary Washington and his J.D. degree from Regent University School of Law.
