Annette S. Malena
is a personal injury attorney with Scholle Law. She manages all strategic and legal aspects of clients' cases from injury through treatment, negotiation, litigation and trial. Ms. Malena is a skillful, accomplished litigator and innovative negotiator. She earned her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia.

Marc R. Ginsberg
is an attorney with the law firm of Mandina & Ginsberg, PLLC. He became board certified in civil trial law in 1992. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He has also been named Super Lawyer for many years. Mr. Ginsberg's past practice includes eight years as general counsel and as a statewide insurance coverage counsel to a Miami based insurance company. Since 2005, Mr. Ginsberg has limited his practice to catastrophic personal injury cases. His fields of practice include medical malpractice; product liability; automobile accidents; truck accidents; boating accidents; drowning accidents; cruise ship accidents; scuba, jet ski & parasailing accidents; ocean, fresh water, and swimming pool accidents; sports accidents; electrocutions; industrial, transportation facility, and construction site accidents; premises liability; premises security; aviation incidents; insurance bad faith; and insurance coverage litigation. He received his B.A. degree, with honors, from the University of Florida and his J.D. degree from the University of Florida College of Law. He is a member of the Federal Trial Bar of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and has litigated and tried cases in that court, as well as litigated cases in the Middle District of Florida and the Northern District of Georgia.

Daniel J. Buba
is a partner with the Doehrman Buba Ring law firm in Indianapolis, Indiana, and litigates cases involving semi-truck and auto crashes, traumatic brain injury, and nursing home negligence. Dan is Past Chair of AAJ's Trucking Litigation Group and a member of the Board of Regents for the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys. He has served as Board Member and Executive Director with the Brain Injury Association of Indiana for more than a decade, and is a Past President of the Indianapolis Bar Association. He has authored numerous legal papers on semi-truck litigation and traumatic brain injury, and regularly lectures at local and national legal seminars.

Jamie Joseph Anzalone
, of Anzalone Law Offices, LLC, is a 2006 graduate of the Penn State Dickinson School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Barristers. With offices located in Wilkes-Barre, Stroudsburg, Bloomsburg, Pittston and Towanda, he limits his practice to the areas of personal injury, trucking litigation, nursing home, medical malpractice, and products liability. He has been selected to the Pennsylvania Rising Stars from 2012-2016 and Pennsylvania Super Lawyers in 2017-2023. He has been inducted into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, having secured multiple settlements and verdicts of more than One Million Dollars and Two Million Dollars. Attorney Anzalone is board certified in Civil Trial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA), an honor which only 3% of the attorneys in the country enjoy. Board certification requires rigorous qualifications showing your expertise and the passing of 6-hour exam. He is also Board Certified by the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), having secured over 20 verdicts and having met rigorous qualifications. Attorney Anzalone has had countless cases published in the Pennsylvania Law Weekly” Verdicts and Settlements” section and AAJ’s TRIAL Magazine, with settlements being in the Top PA Verdicts and Settlements of 2012, 2013,2016 and 2019 respectively. He has also been named to the 2014 New Lawyers Division Stars for the American Association of Justice. He has been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers as a Top Ten Attorney in Trucking and Nursing Home Litigation in Pennsylvania. Attorney Anzalone has lectured extensively for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Pennsylvania Association of Justice, American Association of Justice, Northeast Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers, and the National Business Institute. He frequently lectures on topics including medical malpractice, negligent security, nursing home litigation, trucking litigation, maximizing damages in automobile cases, and building automobile cases from start to finish. Attorney Anzalone has been the chairperson of the Luzerne County Bench Bar, which hosts over 300 lawyers and judges, since 2014. He is the immediate past-President of the regional Trial Lawyer Association, Northeast Pennsylvania Trial Lawyer Association (NEPTLA). He also sits on the Board of Governors for PAJ and AAJ. He is the current chairperson of PAJ’s Nursing Home Division. In the community, Attorney Anzalone currently serves as a member of the board of directors with numerous local charitable organizations. He has chaired the UNICO Football Allstar Game, which raises money for mental health and mental disabilities, since 2008 and is a past president of the organization. Anzalone Law Offices, LLC, has taken over sponsorship of this game and underwrites all expenses so that every dollar raised goes directly to charity. He was the recipient of the Wings of Life Award, which is given for exemplary community service by the Muscular Dystrophy Association. He received his undergraduate degree from Lafayette College in 2003, where he earned Three-Time Academic All-American Honors in football.

David Holt
is an attorney with The Brain Injury Law Center. His primary focus as a trial attorney is plaintiff's personal injury/wrongful death, traumatic brain injury litigation, car and motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, medical malpractice, and white collar criminal defense and traffic cases. Mr. Holt also practices in the areas of business law and contract disputes, products liability, defamation, workers' compensation and more. He has tried to verdict hundreds of jury trials, including many civil juries in the past several years, ending in awards of millions of dollars for his clients. As a prosecutor, Mr. Holt has given speeches and been an instructor of trial techniques around the country. He is admitted to the Virginia State Bar, U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western districts of Virginia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Mr. Holt is a member of the Hampton Bar Association, Virginia Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, National Brain Injury Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking. He earned a B.A. degree from the University of Mary Washington and his J.D. degree from Regent University School of Law.
