R. Jack Clapp
is an attorney with Clapp Law LLC in Polson, Montana. He has more than 30 years of experience practicing law, and is admitted to practice in Montana, Oregon, and Ohio. Mr. Clapp has previous lecture experience teaching at Cleveland Marshall College of Law, and has also lectured for National Business Institute on trial tactics. He has tried more than 150 cases through to verdict, and served on numerous steering committees in multi-district litigation cases Mr. Clapp is a member of the American Bar Association. He earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Cincinnati and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Cleveland Marshall College of Law.

Santana N. Caballero
is an attorney with the Kortum Law Office, PLLC, in Kalispell and practices throughout the state of Montana. Her practice is focused on tort claims, insurance disputes, and employment discrimination. Ms. Caballero handles insurance class action claims, motor vehicle injury claims, and wrongful death claims. She is admitted to practice in Montana administrative courts, Montana district courts, Montana federal district courts and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Caballero is a member of the Montana Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, Workers Injury Law & Advocacy Group and The Public Justice Group. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of Montana and her J.D. degree from the University of Montana School of Law.

Bruce A. Fredrickson
is a partner with Rocky Mountain Law Partners, P.C., where his practice focuses on all aspects of commercial, business, real estate, and general civil litigation. Mr. Fredrickson has tried many cases, both jury and non-jury. In addition to complex commercial contract and tort litigation, he is also experienced in the areas of employment law, natural resources litigation, lender liability litigation, pharmacy law issues, intellectual property litigation, and chemical and drug product liability litigation. In recent years, Mr. Fredrickson has also expanded his practice to include all areas of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. He has served as lead counsel and has been admitted pro hac vice in cases in Wyoming, Colorado, Texas and California. Mr. Fredrickson is admitted to practice in all courts in Montana and North Dakota; U.S. District Courts for the districts of Montana, North Dakota and Colorado; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit; and U.S. Supreme Court. He earned his B.S. degree in pharmacy from North Dakota State University and his J.D. degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law.

W. Adam Duerk
is a member of the firm Knight Nicastro MacKay, LLC. Prior to returning to private practice, he was a federal prosecutor in the United States Attorney's Office. Both as a prosecutor and trial lawyer in the private sector, Mr. Duerk has been involved in complex litigation and trial work throughout his entire career. He has tried cases to verdict before juries in state and federal courts, for both plaintiffs and defendants, representing corporations and individuals in civil and criminal trials. Prior to joining Knight Nicastro MacKay, LLC, Mr. Duerk served as a federal prosecutor in several different capacities; as an Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA), Special Assistant United States Attorney (SAUSA), and by special appointment as a Special Attorney to the United States Attorney General. During the terms of these appointments, he was a prosecutor in the criminal division and a trial attorney in civil cases. Mr. Duerk's duties included prosecuting complex criminal fraud and environmental cases, assisting with Affirmative Civil Enforcement actions, and defending civil cases brought against the United States under the Federal Tort Claims Act. He earned his B.A. degree from Earlham College and his J.D. degree from University of Montana School of Law. Ms. Duerk is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), Federal Bar Association and American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the Montana, United States Tax Court, United States Court of Appeals Ninth Circuit, and United States District Court, District of Montana.
