Thomas R. Grover
is an attorney with BlackRock Legal, where he aggressively litigates trust, probate and other civil disputes. He is one of the most frequent litigators to appear each Friday in Clark County Probate Court. Mr. Grover also advises families through non-litigated probate administration. He is admitted to practice in Nevada, and before the Nevada Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. Mr. Grover is a member of the State Bar of Nevada. He earned his B.S. degree from Utah State University and J.D. degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law.

Adam Walters
is the principal attorney with Walters Law, P.C., where he focuses his practice on business law, estate planning, and probate administration/litigation. He earned his B.B.A. degree in finance from the University of Georgia and his J.D. degree from Mercer University-Walter F. George School of Law. Mr. Walters is a member of the American Health Law Association, Georgia Academy of Healthcare Attorneys, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, State Bar of Georgia (Fiduciary and Health Law sections), Savannah Bar Association, and Savannah Estate Planning Council. He is frequently asked by the Chatham County Probate Court to serve as a guardian ad litem for incapacitated adults and minors in estate proceedings, and serve as an attorney for proposed wards in guardianship/conservatorship proceedings.

Don D. Ford, III
is the managing partner with the law firm of Ford + Bergner LLP, and is board-certified in estate planning and probate. He has lectured to various professional groups on tax and estate planning, probate and guardianships topics, and practices exclusively in these areas. In 2014, Mr. Ford was appointed by the chief justice of the Texas Supreme Court to serve as a commissioner on the Judicial Branch Certification Commission as a subject-matter expert in the area of guardianships. Additionally, he served from 2006 to 2014 on the Texas Guardianship Certification Board, where he served as the vice-chair of the committee and chaired the Rules Committee. Mr. Ford has also served on the Editorial Board of the Houston Lawyer Magazine, and the Board of Trustees for the Houston Lawyer Referral Service. He is a member of the Probate, Trusts and Estates sections of both the Houston and Dallas bar associations. Mr. Ford earned his B.B.A. and J.D. degrees from Baylor University, and worked on his master's in taxation while in law school.

Paul W. Jones
is a partner in the law firm of Hale & Wood, PLLC, where he practices in the areas of tax, business, estate planning, wills, trust, probate, and real estate. He is admitted to practice before the Utah Supreme Court, Federal District Court of Utah and the U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Jones is a member of the Utah State Bar. He is also a licensed certified public accountant. Mr. Jones earned his B.A. degree and his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Utah; and his Masters of Prof. Accountancy degree from Weber State University.

Peter L. Ostermiller
is a sole practitioner concentrating in legal ethics and professional responsibility matters. He represents attorneys in disciplinary and reinstatement proceedings, judges in judicial ethics matters, and bar exam applicants. Mr. Ostermiller has also represented parties in attorney's fee dispute proceedings, and attorneys in legal proceedings in which sanctions have been sought against the attorney; represented parties in attorney disqualification proceedings; and counseled lawyers and law firms in their respective rights, responsibilities and duties to other attorneys and their clients. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Louisville Bar Association and the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers. Mr. Ostermiller served on the Kentucky Bar Association's Ethics 2000 Committee, which proposed changes to the Rules of Professional Conduct to the KBA, and resulted in the July 2009 revisions to the ethics rules. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Louisville.
