Deb Bess Urbaitis
is a solo practitioner at Courteous Law PC in Henniker, New Hampshire. She focuses her practice in estate planning, business and family law, and has assisted clients with a variety of legal matters. Ms. Urbaitis was admitted to the New Hampshire Bar in 2002. She earned her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and her Juris Doctorate from Franklin Pierce Law Center. Ms. Urbaitis is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, American Bar Association, and is a member of the following sections, groups and committees: ABA Section of Real Property, Trusts and Estates, ABA Law Practice Division, ABA Solo and Small Firm Division, ABA Elder Law and Special Needs Planning Group, ABA Trust and Estates Practice Group, ABA General Practice Division and the New Hampshire Bar Family Law Trust and Estates sections.

William R. Hayes
is a partner in the law firm of Hayes & Wilson, PLLC. He is a frequent speaker on estate planning, wills and trusts, probate, charitable gifting, disability planning, elder law, and Medicaid. Mr. Hayes has served the Houston Bar Association as co-chair of the Elder Law Committee, and chair of the Fee Dispute Committee for which he was honored with the HBA Presidents Award. He is board-certified in estate planning and probate by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Hayes is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Estate and Financial Forum, Houston Business and Estate Planning Council, Attorneys in Tax and Probate, and Disability and Elder Law Attorneys Association. He earned his B.B.A. and J.D. degrees from the Southern Methodist University.

Steven E. Clark
is the senior partner and founder of Clark Firm PLLC, where he concentrates his practice on business formation, contractual agreements and advice, business and commercial litigation, employment and labor law, general civil litigation, healthcare, and construction. Mr. Clark has lectured and written on subjects such as choice of business entity considerations, trade secrets, non-competition agreements, partnerships, construction law, employment law, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). He is also active in handling federal Department of Labor (DOL), state (TWC), and health integrity/ZPIC audits/investigations of employers and small businesses, and defending related litigation. Mr. Clark is licensed to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals Fifth Circuit and all federal and state courts in Texas. He earned his B.A. degree and J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Houston. Mr. Clark was also certified as an arbitrator and mediator in 2022 by Mediators and Arbitrators Association.

Charles Law Firm, PLLC, has over 20 years of experience practicing law in the areas of estate planning and probate litigation, family law, and employment discrimination litigation. She is licensed to practice law in the states of Texas, Louisiana, New York and Connecticut; before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas; and before the Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Ms. Charles is a member and past president of the Houston Lawyers Association, The Greater New Orleans Louis A. Martinet Society Legal Society, The National Bar Association, and The College of the State Bar of Texas. She earned her B.A. degree from Loyola University New Orleans and her J.D. degree from Tulane University Law School also in New Orleans

Richard J. Joyce
is an attorney, of counsel with Nalli, Elias & Associates, P.C. His practice areas are contract law, contract drafting, review and negotiation; small business law, business formation and organizational documents; business governance and administration, as well as, dissolution and conflict management; and public governance, public ethics, government contracts, and infrastructure management and regulation. Mr. Joyce served as adjunct faculty at the University of Pittsburgh, teaching legal issues in public service. He is a member of the Beaver County and Pennsylvania bar associations. Mr. Joyce earned his B.S. degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, his J.D. degree from the Duquesne University School of Law and his MPPM degree from the University of Pittsburgh - Graduate School of Public and International Affairs (GSPIA).
