formed the E-Data Law Group LLC almost 19 years ago, which is a consortium of experts that design, build, and defend advanced technological solutions to legal challenges in litigation, healthcare, audit, privacy and security issues. The vision of the E-Data Law Group is to use electronic data to make the practice of law proactive. Mr. Wochna obtained one of the first civilian licenses for computer forensic software, and began a business identifying, preserving, extracting, analyzing, and producing electronically stored information, including content, metadata, and artifacts. He earned his B.S. degree from Cal State Long Beach and his J.D. degree from The Law School, University of Chicago. Mr. Wochna has written hundreds of articles related to ediscovery, Big Data, analytics, and the challenges to the legal profession raised by electronic information systems. His books include, E-discovery: Making the Computer Your Best Witness, published by Ohio State Bar Association. Mr. Wochna is a frequent and lively speaker regarding electronic data issues. He has testified before the Advisory Committee on Amendments to the Rules of Civil Procedure, and has been influential in shaping the process by which large sparse datasets are defensibly searched to produce relevant information without reliance upon agreed-upon search terms.

is counsel in the litigation department's labor and employment practice group, and came to McDonald Hopkins LLC after ten years at a boutique labor and employment firm. Mr. Neumeyer has the distinction of being a certified specialist in the practice of labor and employment law by the Ohio State Bar Association. The OSBA undergoes rigorous and continuous review for compliance with the standards established for certification. He represents and counsels management on a variety of employment law matters, such as employee leave, overtime, disability accommodations, termination and layoff decisions, and workplace injuries. Earlier in his career, Mr. Neumeyer was an appellate attorney for the Office of the State Appellate Defender in Chicago, and an extern for the Honorable Alice M. Batchelder, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He earned his B.A. degree from Mount Union College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

He has handled a wide variety of complex civil litigation in state, federal and appellate courts, including jury trials and appellate actions. In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
