Rosemary Stone-Dougherty
is a partner at A.Y. Strauss LLC. She has vast experience in the areas of land use development, zoning and planning law, along with all aspects of both complex commercial and residential real estate transactions. Ms. Stone-Dougherty earned her B.A. degree from Seton Hall University, her M.B.A. degree from W.P. Stillman School of Business-Seton Hall University and her J.D. degree from Seton Hall Law. She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of the United States of America, United States District Court for New Jersey, Florida and New Jersey.

Bridget A. Sykes
is a partner at Fox Rothschild LLP. She represents owners, developers and lenders in complex real estate matters, with a particular focus on commercial, mixed-use and multifamily residential development and redevelopment projects, and the representation of institutional and private lenders in financing transactions. Ms. Sykes counsels clients on the acquisition, sale and lease of commercial and multifamily residential real estate. Owners and developers rely on her to secure financing, navigate state and local development reviews and obtain zoning, environmental and other land development permits and approvals for a variety of commercial and residential projects. Ms. Sykes also assists clients in identifying and obtaining tax incentives in connection with such projects. She has a range of experience in handling zoning and other real estate related litigation matters. Ms. Sykes also advises private and institutional lenders in a broad range of financing transactions for multifamily and commercial property in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She earned her B.S. degree from Rutgers University School of Business and her J.D. degree from Rutgers Law School. Ms. Sykes is a member of the Atlantic County Bar Association, and admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Alan P. Fox
is an attorney with Capehart & Scatchard, P.A. He is chair of Capehart Scatchard's Alternative Energy Group, representing clients in various sectors, including shopping centers, public and private schools, retail, office buildings, warehouses, farming, and residential properties. Mr. Fox has experience handling transactions related to photovoltaic solar powered electricity production systems including PPA, obtaining permits and approvals for utility scale projects in southern New Jersey, and solar systems for owners of industrial and commercial properties. Additionally, he serves as co-chair of the firm's real estate and land use group, and is a shareholder in its commercial litigation, and business and tax groups. Mr. Fox's 35+ years of experience in these areas includes presenting land use applications before planning/zoning boards, litigating zoning matters at the trial and appellate levels, serving as solicitor to the Riverside Township Planning and Zoning Boards for eight years, protecting creditors' rights, and performing as outside general counsel for various private companies with local, regional and national needs. He earned his B.A. degree from Rutgers College and his J.D. degree from California Western School of Law. Mr. Fox is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the districts of New Jersey, and Western and Eastern Pennsylvania.

Anne L. H. Studholme
started her career at Hill Wallack and has been Of Counsel to Post Polak, PA, since 2014. A litigator with 30 years of experience in trial and appellate courts at all levels, state and federal, her practice emphasizes complex litigation: subdivisions and site plans, redevelopment, eminent domain, COAH/Mt. Laurel, disability rights, Fair Housing Act matters, RLUIPA (religious land use cases), class actions, environmental and commercial disputes, and civil RICO cases. Her main focus is inclusionary housing development. A Real-Estate-NJ Top Real Estate Attorney, Ms. Studholme has served as chairman of the Land Use Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and on the Advisory Committee of the Urban Land Institute of Northern New Jersey. In 2010, as a solo practitioner, she represented a nationwide consortium of disability-rights organizations as amici curiae in an appellate case of first impression, Betancourt v. Trinitas Hospital. Ms. Studholme earned an A.B. degree from Princeton University, her J.D. degree from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and was a Visiting Scholar at Duke University, in Constitutional Law.
