David M. Lederman
is the managing attorney of the Law Offices of David M. Lederman, where he practices in the areas of family law. He is a certified specialist in family law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Lederman was appointed to the State Bar of California, Family Law Executive Committee (FLEXCOM) in 2013. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of California at Santa Cruz and his J.D. degree from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific.

Erin K. Brignola
is an attorney, with the law firm of Gellert, Scali, Busenkell & Brown LLC where she manages the Delaware office with her primary focus on consumer bankruptcy. A member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, Ms. Brignola has more than 20 years of legal experience. She has been a featured lecturer for National Business Institute, the Delaware State Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Delaware Volunteer Legal Service, the People's Law School, and the National School for Paralegal Studies. Ms. Brignola was named one of Delaware's Top 100 Lawyers (October 2001) and one of Delaware's 75 Power Attorneys in Consumer Bankruptcy (November 2004) by DE Today magazine. For the last four years she has held the elected position as vice-chair consumer of the Delaware State Bar Association's Bankruptcy Section which is in its first year as a section. Ms. Brignola earned her B.S. degree from Mount St. Mary's College and her J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law. She is a member of the Delaware State and Pennsylvania bar associations, and the Federal District courts for Pennsylvania and Delaware.

Donald H. Latzer
is a partner in the Law Offices of Latzer & Fleming in Citrus Heights, California. He focuses his practice on all aspects of family law, including guardianships and adoptions. Mr. Latzer is a certified legal specialist in family law by the State Bar of California. He is licensed to practice in California, as well as Iowa (inactive). Mr. Latzer earned his B.A. degree from California State University, Northridge; and his J.D. degree from the University of LaVerne.

William J. Phelan, IV
, a Philadelphia family law attorney, has a host of experience and accolades. Mr. Phelan is a litigation partner attorney with Cordell & Cordell. Prior to and during his time at Cordell & Cordell, he has appeared in hundreds of hearings on behalf of his clients, and his efforts secured results that have provided both financial security and peace of mind for those who had little hope until he took their case. Domestic relations matters offer a plethora of options and issues that Mr. Phelan is experienced to handle, whether he is helping his clients to understand their case, negotiating and communicating with the opposing side, or meticulously preparing for and litigating a case at trial. He is experienced in handling all manner of appeals for family law cases, specifically handling various matters in Pennsylvania's appellate courts. Mr. Phelan is a member of an elite team of Cordell appellate attorneys, and regularly works with counsel in the firm across the United States to consult and assist on family law appeals. He graduated, magna cum laude, from The Catholic University of America, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in classical civilizations; and then a Master of Arts degree in congressional and presidential studies (politics). Mr. Phelan earned his Juris Doctor, with a certificate in law and public policy, from The Catholic University of America's Columbus School of Law. During law school, he served as a senior editor for The Journal of Contemporary Health Law & Policy. Mr. Phelan attended the American Bar Association's Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute.

Todd R. DeVallance
is a sole practitioner in Bellevue, Washington. He focuses his practice on estate planning and complex family law matters, which includes high asset dissolutions; cases involving business owners, partners, and shareholders; division of restricted stock units and tax deferred accounts; drafting of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements; and mediating family law matters. Mr. DeVallance is a frequent speaker at CLEs and seminars on the topic of tax consequences associated with divorce. He has appeared on The Today Show, Fox News Fox & Friends, ABC News, Anderson Cooper, and has provided legal analysis on national high-profile cases. Mr. DeVallance is licensed to practice before the United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court. He earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Chaminade University; his J.D. degree from Gonzaga University School of Law; and his LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Washington School of Law.

T. Kevin Knight
is a partner in the law offices of DSK Law. He is board-certified as a trial lawyer by both The Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Knight has generally focused on personal injury litigation. He earned his B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida; and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.

David N. Horowitz
is a certified family law specialist and shareholder with Warner Angle Hallam Jackson & Formanek. He was admitted to practice law in Arizona in 1990. Mr. Horowitz earned his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Arizona College of Law. He has focused his practice in all areas of family law for more than 20 years with extensive experience in divorce, legal separation, annulment, child custody, visitation, child support, spousal maintenance, pre-nuptial agreements, parent coordination, domestic partnerships, grandparents rights, guardianship, step-parent adoption, and relocation. Mr. Horowitz, a fellow with the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, is highly experienced in alternative dispute resolution including mediation and collaborative divorce. He currently serves as a Judge Pro Tempore and as a parenting coordinator for the Maricopa County Superior Court. He is also a member of the State Bar of Arizona Family Law Advisory Commission and is its current chair, the State Bar of Arizona Continuing Legal Education Committee, the State Bar of Arizona Family Law Council, Arizona Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, and The International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Mr. Horowitz earned his undergraduate degree in business economics from the University of Arizona and has been teaching economics and legal studies at Phoenix College since 1990. He has also taught family law/general practice skills at Arizona Summit Law School.
