Robert Malin
is with Pinnacle Financial Partners, where he focuses on probate and estate planning. He earned his B.A. degree from Maryville College and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Memphis. Mr. Malin is a member of the Tennessee bar association. He is a frequent lecturer on trust laws and probate and estate planning. He is a candidate for his LL.M. in Tax from the University of Florida.

Alexander S. Fasching
is a partner with CookTillman Law, where he is the head of the Probate Department at his firm and he focuses his practice on probate and trust administration, probate litigation, and estate planning. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, and his J.D. degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. Mr. Fasching is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and U.S. Federal courts, and is a member of the Nashville Bar Association.

C. Murray Saylor
is a partner at The Saylor Law Firm LLP. His practice areas include estate planning, wills and trusts, probate and estate administration, tax planning, tax return preparation and IRS representation, business planning and business law and incapacity planning, antenuptial/prenuptial agreements, postnuptial adjustments, business estate planning, corporate law, buying and selling of businesses, employee compensation, employee benefits, executive compensation, and transfer tax. Mr. Saylor is a CPA, has obtained the AICPA accreditation of personal financial specialist and is an accredited estate planner, National Association of Estate Planners and Councils. He is a member of the American Association of Attorney-CPAs; Atlanta Tax Forum, director; Atlanta Estate Planning Council; Atlanta Bar Association, section chair 2013-2015, Board of Directors 2009-2015, member, Estate Planning and Probate Section; State Bar of Georgia, member Fiduciary Law Section; and American Bar Association, member Probate and Real Property and Tax sections. He is licensed in both Georgia and Pennsylvania. Mr. Saylor earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and his J.D. degree at the Temple University.

is an attorney at law with Frank Steiner Law, PC in Nashville, Tennessee, where he practices in the areas of probate, probate litigation, wills and estates, employment law, corporate and business law. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Kentucky and his M.S. degree from the University of Memphis. In addition to his J.D. degree from South Texas College of Law, Mr. Steiner has a Ph.D. degree from Indiana University. He is admitted to practice in Tennessee courts, Federal Middle District of Tennessee, Federal Eastern District of Tennessee and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Sixth Circuit.

is a partner with TriAmicus Law, PLLC in Knoxville, Tennessee. She practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, probate, conservatorships, elder law, family law, appellate law and civil litigation, and serves as an administrator ad litem and fiduciary for many estates. Ms. Eisenhower is a frequent speaker on estate planning, probate and tax related issues. She is a Master Certified Estate Planner® through the National Institute of Certified Estate Planners. Ms. Eisenhower earned her A.A. degree in history, summa cum laude, from Pellissippi State Technical Community College and her B.A. degree in history, summa cum laude, from the University of Tennessee. She earned her J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law. Ms. Eisenhower is currently a candidate for an LL.M. in elder law and estate planning through the Western New England University School of Law.
