is the managing partner in the firm of Cauble & Whittington, LLP in Grants Pass, Oregon, practicing in the area of probate and trust litigation, including litigating claims, money that has been stolen by PR's or fiduciaries, defending or prosecuting will contests, and elder abuse litigation. Mr. Cauble also deals with all estate and probate related tax issues. He is admitted to practice in Oregon and before the U.S. Tax Court, U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Cauble earned his B.A. degree from Willamette University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law. Mr. Cauble is also a member of the Oregon State Bar's Board of Governors from 2020-2024.
