is an attorney in the Jackson office of Balch & Bingham LLP. Mr. Dumas focuses on labor and employment and related litigation matters. He advises and advocates for employers and businesses in a wide-range of employment issues. Mr. Dumas earned his B.A. degree from Mississippi State University and his J.D. degree from Mississippi College School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Mississippi and Alabama, and is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association.

is a Partner with Balch & Bingham LLP where he uses his intense focus, accessibility, exceptional experience, out-of-the-box analytical skills, and patience to create solutions for client problems involving labor (National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, and arbitration), employment (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) race, sex, age, religion, disability discrimination, harassment, retaliation charges, and whistleblower claims), human resources management, federal contractor compliance (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), Davis-Bacon, and Service Contract Act), and compensation (Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) wage and hour claims/investigations) matters, as well as health law, business and employment contracts (professional services, non-competition, and confidential information agreements) and litigation (labor, employment, health law, and business) and alternative dispute resolution. He earned his B.A. degree in Economics from Tulane University and his J.D. degree from Louisiana State University School of Law.
