Overview

Get a Rapid-Fire Summary of Critical Federal and State Laws, Regulations, and Challenges

Marijuana businesses are thriving throughout the country. HHS has recently recommended to reschedule marijuana down to Schedule III, which would put it in the same group as steroids and allow cannabusinesses to employ the same tax saving tactics as other businesses without risking "trafficking" charges. And now a new opportunity is on the horizon: psilocybin therapeutic uses are being touted as life-changing, and several states are developing psilocybin access programs, despite federal prohibition. What are the real current challenges and opportunities here? Dispel rumors and get verified information with this rapid-fire legal overview. Build your knowledge - register today!
