is an attorney with Beresford & Booth, PLLC, where he has extensive experience in the areas of business and real estate transactions, limited liability companies, corporations and real estate. Mr. Tingstad regularly counsels clients in all aspects of business combinations, such as asset acquisitions, mergers and joint ventures. In addition, his practice includes assisting operating businesses with succession planning, financing, dissolution and disputes between owners. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Washington State Bar Association's Partnership Law Committee, which is currently working to revise Washington's Limited Liability Company Statute. Mr. Tingstad also a member of the American Bar Association's Committee on LLCs, Partnerships and Unincorporated Entities. Mr. Tingstad earned his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Boise State University; and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law.

He is results-orientated and focuses on negotiating the best deal for clients that will function well for all parties after closing. Mr. Bushelle also serves as a member of the Dentons national M&A associates subcommittee. He is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association and American Bar Association.
