Faye Riva Cohen
founded the Law Office of Faye Riva Cohen, P.C. - one of the original woman-owned law firms in Philadelphia - with the mission of providing sophisticated, comprehensive counseling to individuals and businesses. Her practice areas include employment and labor law, civil rights and discrimination, estate planning and litigation, real estate, and family law. She is a frequent presenter at seminars and webinars in Pennsylvania, as well as nationally, in the areas of labor, employment, civil rights, and discrimination law, In addition, she has written, both as a primary and contributing author, approximately 145 legal articles published in prestigious publications and is the author of the influential Tough Lawyer Lady blog. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Middle districts of Pennsylvania; the U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit; and the U.S. Supreme Court. She earned a J.D. degree from the University of Denver College of Law and a B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Minnesota. Her memberships include the U.S. District Court, Eastern, Middle and Western districts of PA, Philadelphia Bar Association Lawyer Information and Referral Service, National Employment Lawyers Association; and she is a neutral arbitrator for FINRA.

is a paralegal with Lowey Dannenberg, P.C. Her practice centers around litigation, including but not limited to electronic case filings, legal and investigative research, cite checking, ESI discovery, heavy client contact, and brief and trial preparations. Ms. Fromholz earned her B.A. degree from University of Hartford, her certificate in paralegal studies from Mercy College and her M.A. degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She is a notary public in the state of New York, and is a certified paralegal through the North Carolina State Bar, Board of Paralegal Certification.

is an attorney with Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC where she is a member of the labor and employment group. She focuses her practice on the representation of employers in all aspects of employment issues. Ms. Vests's experience in labor and employment law includes defending clients against allegations of discrimination and providing position statements to EEOC charges. She also counsels clients on employee handbooks and policies and employment agreements, including the enforcement and compliance of restrictive covenants. Ms. Vest earned her B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from Liberty University and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from South Texas College of Law. She is admitted to practice in Texas.
