He has regularly advised and represented clients in state and federal courts, as well as at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD), Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities (CHRO), and other state agencies.
