Lindsay Moss
is the principal of Moss Law, LLC. She is a VA Accredited Attorney, as well as a Certified Dementia Practitioner (NCCDP). Ms. Moss is certified in Alzheimer's and Dementia Care (HFAM/MAADS). She represents individuals and families in the areas of elder law, Medicaid, veteran's benefits, estate planning, special needs planning, asset protection, crisis and pre-crisis planning; and issues associated with adult medical daycare, assisted living and nursing home placement. Ms. Moss earned her B.S. degree, magna cum laude, from Towson University and her J.D. degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

Heather L. Sunderman
is an associate at McMillan Metro and Faerber, P.C., where she focuses on the areas of wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, guardianships and family law. In addition, Ms. Sunderman is trained as a mediator and collaborative law practitioner. She has been appointed by courts to represent disabled persons in guardianship matters, and children in contested custody matters. Ms. Sunderman has litigated cases in many different areas of the law including divorce, guardianships, domestic violence and civil disputes. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Allegheny College and her J.D. degree from Washington College of Law (American University). Ms. Sunderman is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Bar Association of Montgomery County, Maryland. She is admitted to practice law in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.

Elizabeth Ann Fitch
is of counsel with Semmes in the firm's estate planning, probate and trusts practice. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of Maryland and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Fitch was a rule 19-217 student attorney at the University of Baltimore Tax Law Clinic, where she represented taxpayers in federal and state tax disputes involving administrative controversies before the IRS and the Comptroller's Office of Maryland. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Howard County Bar Association, Maryland Association of Judges of the Orphans' Court, Maryland State Bar Association and the National College of Probate Judges. Ms. Fitch is admitted to practice in Maryland, U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. District Court District of Maryland, District of Columbia and U.S. Tax Court.

Carl E. Eastwick
is of counsel with Semmes, where he concentrates on the law of wills and trusts and the administration of estates. In that practice, he has been privileged to help a wide variety of clients pull together comprehensive estate plans considering the client’s individual situation and wealth transfer wishes. Mr. Eastwick has helped clients develop and implement plans which have featured, in addition to the mandatory will or revocable trust, power of attorney, and health care directives, the following techniques: irrevocable life insurance trusts and other trusts designed to lessen the burden of the taxes imposed on the transfer of wealth; sophisticated charitable gift planning using deferred vesting trusts; asset protection planning designed not only to protect assets from potential creditors but also to preserve asset values from the effects of gift, estate and income taxation; and business succession planning as a part of the comprehensive wealth transfer strategy. He earned his A.B. degree, cum laude, from Princeton University and his J.D. degree from the University of Virginia. Mr. Eastwick is a member of the editorial board of the Virginia Law Review, Maryland State Bar Association (Taxation, and Trusts and Estates sections) and Baltimore Estate Planning Council. He is admitted to practice in U.S. Supreme Court and Maryland.
