is an attorney and of counsel with the law firm of Bleeke Dillon Crandall. He is most recognized for sports and entertainment law, but also focuses on business law and consulting for entrepreneurs and non-profits, small business financing, and MBE and WBE certification. Mr. Thompson earned his B.A. degree from Wittenberg University and his J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law, Bloomington. His commitment to the community is attested by his many civic involvements, including vice chair of the Indianapolis Foundation. Mr. Thompson has also served as the president of the Indiana University School of Law Board of Visitors, and as president of its Alumni Association. In addition, he was the former general counsel to the Pan American Games and held the position of vice president of Indiana Sports Corporation. A former deputy prosecuting attorney for Marion County, Mr. Thompson's honors include the 2004 Business & Philanthropy Award from the National Center for Black Philanthropy, Washington, D.C., as well as being listed as an Indiana Super Lawyer in the March 2005 issue of Indianapolis Monthly Magazine.

Mr. Sullivan graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in finance and international business. He then obtained his juris doctorate from Indiana University's Robert H. In addition to being an attorney, Mr. Sullivan is a certified financial planning (CFP®) practitioner, chartered benefits consultant (CBC), professional plan consultant (PPC), and licensed insurance agent for life, health and long-term care. His experience includes litigating contract disputes, shareholder disputes, business valuation, insurance coverage, civil RICO, and fraud. Mr. Shargel also handles real estate, aviation, construction and employment disputes, as well as matters involving constitutional law, such as under the Commerce and Due Process clauses. He has also handled the defense of consumer class actions, such as those involving the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and food labeling. Apart from his business litigation work, Mr. Shargel also has significant experience in internal investigations and responses to criminal and regulatory inquiries. Additionally, as co-head of the firm's ePractice department, he assists firm attorneys with eDiscovery best practices and guidance, as well as case-specific discovery strategy and management. Mr. Shargel devotes his pro bono efforts to clients in a variety of subject matters, including asylum, landlord-tenant disputes in New York City Housing Court, and assisting injured combat veterans in connection with disability benefit proceedings.
