Speaker bio
Bruce L. Listhaus
is a partner at Gorlick, Kravitz & Listhaus, PC located in New York City, New York. His areas of concentration include real estate, corporate and union governance, employee benefits, and employment related matters. Mr. Listhaus has substantial experience handling sales and purchases of commercial and residential properties, commercial leases and licenses on behalf of both landlords and tenants, and dealing with a wide variety of title and financing considerations. He also acts as counsel to many large and small companies on the entire range of benefit and employment issues, and advises employees regarding employment agreements, severance agreements, and discrimination and benefit claims. Mr. Listhaus graduated summa cum laude from Brooklyn College and received his J.D. degree from New York University School of Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and has provided counsel to the boards of both for profit and not-for-profit corporations. Mr. Listhaus is active in many community projects and has been honored by the New York State Senate for his civic and charitable activities. He is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey; before the U.S. District Court, Western, Southern and Eastern districts of New York; and U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.

Paul J. Buehler, III
is an attorney at Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC in their Albany, New York office. He represents clients in a variety of complex labor and employment matters, and in proceedings before federal and state courts and various government agencies; including the New York State Division of Human Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Mr. Buehler also counsels employers on a wide variety of labor and employment matters; and drafts employment, separation, restrictive covenant and other employment-related agreements. In addition, he has commercial litigation and corporate transactional experience. Mr. Buehler earned his bachelor's degree from Cornell University and his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Albany Law School. He is admitted to practice law in New York.
