Gary W. Boyle
is the founder of Boyle and Freudenheim in Santa Fe, where his practice is focused in corporate law, family law and litigation. He currently serves as the virtual general counsel for ADL High Voltage, Inc. (Texas), EnergyComNetwork, Inc. d/b/a PayGo Utilities (Georgia), Flask, Inc. (New Mexico), and Environmental Conscience, LLC (New Mexico). Mr. Boyle maintains an active litigation practice in New Mexico emphasizing family law. He is licensed to practice in the state courts of New Mexico, Texas and Oklahoma, and in various federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Boyle earned his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Tulsa College of Law.

Amelia P. Nelson
is an of counsel attorney at Roybal-Mack & Cordova PC. She focuses her practice on employment and labor law, personal injury, and business contracts. Ms. Nelson also handles matters involving sport injuries, bicycle accidents, animal attacks, and premises accidents resulting in injury. She is a principal lecturer at the Anderson School of Management, University of New Mexico, where she teaches business management law and employment law. Ms. Nelson also lectures on employment and labor matters through the UNM EPIC program. She earned her B.A. degree from Edgewood College and her J.D. degree, with honors, from Drake University Law School. Ms. Nelson has a certificate of sports and business law from Villanova Law School, and is currently completing a Ph.D. degree in sports administration and management at the University of New Mexico.

Joseph M. Fine
is the senior partner of The Fine Law Firm in Albuquerque, where his practice consists primarily of personal injury, wrongful death, police misconduct, products liability, malpractice law, arbitration, and mediation. Mr. Fine is certified in civil trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and is a fellow of the National College of Advocacy. He has been a seminar speaker for the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, Albuquerque Bar Association and State Bar of New Mexico. Mr. Fine was recently named in Albuquerque Magazine's list of Albuquerque Top Lawyers and is listed in Southwest Super Lawyers and the American Trial Lawyers Association's Top 100 Trial Lawyers. He earned his B.A. degree from Colby College and his J.D. degree from Syracuse University. Mr. Fine is admitted to practice in New York and New Mexico, where he is on the New Mexico Medical Review Committee. He also is a member of the Albuquerque Bar Association, State Bar of New Mexico, New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, and American Board of Trial Advocates.

Elizabeth Travis
is a deputy general counsel with the NMDOT (New Mexico Department of Transportation) Office of General Counsel, representing the department's construction, operations and finance organizations, a practice which includes construction, water, environmental, procurement and contract law. Ms. Travis graduated from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and has been practicing civil and public law since 2000, first in California and now in New Mexico. As an active member of state and federal bar associations, she currently serves on the State Bar of New Mexico, Board of Bar Commissioners and on the Ethics Advisory Committee. She also serves on the New Mexico Supreme Court’s Disciplinary Board. Ms. Travis participates in the local Inn of Court and the American Bar Association, as a fellow and member in the ABA's Public Contract Law Section, and the Construction Industry Forum. She has lectured on topics including the rules of professional conduct, ethical issues in civil litigation, conflicts of interest arising from organizational and governmental client representation, construction claims defense, and Inspection of Public Records Act compliance.
