Richard P. Schulze
is the owner of Schulze Law Group and principal shareholder in Patriot Legal Services. His law practice emphasizes wills, trusts, and asset preservation planning, as well as elder law. Mr. Schulze is highly skilled in assisting clients in qualifying for and receiving Medicaid and the Veterans' Aid and Attendance benefits. He is a frequent lecturer to the public and professionals on estate, Medicaid, asset protection and tax planning matters. Mr. Schulze is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and WealthCounsel, LLC. He is also a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Nevada. Mr. Schulze earned his B.A. degree from Reed College and his J.D. degree from Willamette University College of Law.

Stefan Dunkelgrun
is a lawyer and partner in the trusts and estates law practice in Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP in their New York City office. He has comprehensive experience in high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth estate planning, and is seasoned in developing asset protection solutions, drafting complex trusts, business succession planning, and tax reduction strategies. Mr. Dunkelgrun also advises clients on advanced insurance solutions such as premium finance and life settlements. He designs complex trusts, including charitable lead trusts, charitable remainder trusts, domestic and offshore asset protection trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, intentionally defective trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, spousal lifetime access trusts; and other planning concepts like Medicaid trusts, supplemental needs trusts, pet trusts, dynasty trusts, hybrid trusts and more. Mr. Dunkelgrun regularly evaluates existing trusts, guiding clients when breaking irrevocable trusts, decanting, merging and more. He provides direction on entity formation, LLC/FLP operating agreements, acquisitions, spinoffs and reorganizations. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Dunkelgrun was the lead practice attorney of wills, trusts and estates at a Florida-based law firm. is the managing member of the Law Office of Melissa H. Abu-Adas, LLC in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. She is certified as an elder law attorney by the ABA-accredited National Elder Law Foundation. Ms. Abu-Adas' practice focuses on estate planning, elder law, wills, trusts, long-term care planning, Medicaid applications, guardianships, special needs trusts, and estate administration. She is licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Ms. Abu-Adas graduated from Rutgers School of Law - Newark, where she was a member of the Federal Tax Law Clinic. She served as a law clerk for the Honorable Victor Ashrafi in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. Ms. Abu-Adas is a member of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, where she also previously served as president and legislative committee chair. She is also a member of New Jersey State Bar Association, Elder Law and Disability Section.

is an assistant county attorney with Guilford County, North Carolina. He is licensed in both Tennessee and North Carolina. Over the course of his career, he has practiced family/divorce law, probate, and litigation, as well as elder law, juvenile law, and local government law. Mr. Hicks is a member of the District 24 (NC), Putnam County (TN), Tennessee, North Carolina, and American Bar Associations. He is currently the President of the North Carolina DSS Attorney's Association. He is Past-President of the Putnam County Bar Association and the Upper Cumberland Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Hicks is also the past Vice-President of the Tennessee Bar Association-Young Lawyers Division. He is a frequent speaker at legal education seminars having presented over forty CLE presentations. He is a barrister member of the Guilford Chapter, American Inn of Courts. He received his B.A. degree from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville and his J.D. from Faulkner University, Thomas Goode Jones School of Law.
