Martin A. Klug
is an attorney in the law firm of Huck, Howe & Tobin, where he concentrates his practice in workers' compensation defense. He is a published author and lecturer for various professional groups and organizations, and has taught at several National Business Institute workers' compensation programs. Mr. Klug is a member of Larson's National Workers' Compensation Advisory Board. He is a member of The Missouri Bar, Illinois State Bar Association, The Florida Bar, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Klug earned his B.A. degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, and his J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from St. Louis University.

Matthew M. Hogan
is an attorney with the Kansas City law firm of Swanson Bernard LLC. He practices in the areas of insurance defense, workers' compensation, trial advocacy, personal injury and premises liability. Mr. Hogan handles matters through settlement, arbitration, litigation and appeal when necessary, while working within all levels of his client's organizations. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Missouri - Columbia and his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. Mr. Hogan is admitted to practice in Missouri and Kansas.

is the managing partner in the St. Louis office of Litchfield Cavo LLP. He focuses his practice on insurance defense litigation, workers' compensation, civil liability, and construction accident matters. Mr. McBrearty also represents medical practices in professional management, human resource and contract issues. His practice includes defending self-insured and insured trucking companies throughout the states of Missouri and Illinois. Mr. McBrearty earned his B.A. degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and his J.D. degree from St. Louis University School of Law.
