is an attorney with Walny Legal Group LLC, where she concentrates her practice on elder law and special needs law. She works with clients to handle issues with public benefit planning, including Medicaid (Title XIX) asset planning, planning for individuals with long-term care needs, guardianship and protective placement actions, and financial elder abuse matters. Atty. Mayne has the designation of CELA or Certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law foundation.  Mrs. Mayne sits on the board of directors of the Milwaukee Bar Association and Elder and Special Needs Law section of the State Bar of Wisconsin.  She earned her B.A. degree, with honors, from the University of Missouri; and her J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School along with a certificate in alternative dispute resolution.

In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
