He served as an adjunct professor of comparative religion for six years, earned a Ph.D. in developmental psychology, and obtained an MBA. A lifelong practitioner of martial arts, Dr. Carpenter holds black belts in three styles, and his expertise extends to tactical realms as a certified SWAT/Army Sniper and a member of the Judge Advocate General Corps. Entrepreneurial by nature, Dr. Carpenter oversees six companies while steering Carpenter & Associates for over two decades. However, beyond professional success, his core aspiration remains unwavering—to empower others to reach their fullest potential and leave a positive impact on the world. A staunch advocate for education, Dr. Carpenter believes it to be the key that unlocks doors unreachable by mere hard work and persistence.
