Louis R. Cohan
founded Cohan Law Group, L.L.C., and has been a trial lawyer for more than 30 years. Mr. Cohan has been litigating business and employment disputes. Mr. Cohan has been recognized for his trial experience by admission into the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has litigated more than $900 million in claims for his clients and recently secured a verdict in excess of $66 million in a fraud case. Mr. Cohan has done work in breach of contract, fraud, injunctive relief, punitive damages, employment, trade secrets, real estate, construction and construction defects, and civil rights litigation. His practice is concentrated on business litigation and employment litigation, as well as civil litigation. Mr. Cohan earned his B.S. degree from the University of Georgia and his J.D. degree from Emory School of Law. He has served as chair of the Litigation Section - the largest section of the Atlanta Bar Association. Mr. Cohan has also chaired the Small Firm Section of the Atlanta Bar Association. Mr. Cohan has served on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Bar Association and has chaired the Atlanta Bar Foundation - the charitable arm of the Atlanta Bar Association. He has received awards and recognition for his community and legal work. These awards include Super Lawyer, Legal Elite, Martindale-Hubbell's preeminent AV rating, American Board of Trial Advocates, America's Top 100 Attorneys, and the Celebrating Service Award. For many years, Mr. Cohan has chaired the Legal Run Around 5k road race, raising money for the children of injured and fallen Atlanta Police Department officers.

Kimberly Jones Penepacker
is a partner with Aulsbrook Law Firm, where she is a civil litigator practicing in the areas of personal injury, civil litigation, premises liability, and wrongful death. Ms. Jones Penepacker is admitted to practice in Texas; Fifth Circuit Court of the United States; U.S. District Court Northern, Eastern and Southern districts of Texas; U.S. District Court District of Colorado; U.S. District Court District of New Mexico; and U.S. District Court Western District of Oklahoma. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas; Texas Trial Lawyers Association; American Association for Justice; Texas Young Lawyers Association; board member of the Arlington Board Association; Dallas Trial Lawyers Association; and Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association. Ms. Jones Penepacker earned her B.A. degree form Baylor University and her J.D. degree from Baylor University School of Law.

Nicholas J. Schneider
is a trial attorney and partner with the national law firm Eckert Seamans. He focuses his practice on complex commercial disputes involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, business torts, employment disputes, misappropriation of trade secrets, copyright infringement, unfair competition, real estate disputes, and class actions. Mr. Schneider has experience representing clients of all sizes, from individuals to Fortune 500 companies, in state and federal trial and appellate courts, arbitrations, and mediations. In a recent three-week trial in Massachusetts Superior Court, he obtained a million-dollar judgment for his client, including attorney's fees, which was recently upheld on appeal. Mr. Schneider earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Northeastern University and his J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center.

Howard L. Lotven
is a sole practitioner with the law office of Howard L. Lotven P.C. He primarily represents clients in criminal/municipal courts and traffic courts. Mr. Lotven has been either a prosecutor or a defense attorney in more than 10,000 cases. He also represents clients in family law matters, including divorce, paternity, modification of child support, custody and visitation. Mr. Lotven's professional associations and memberships include Volunteer Attorney Project, The Missouri Bar General Practice Committee, Municipal Court Prosecutors Association of Western Missouri, Missouri Municipal and Associate Circuit Judges Association, and Association of Women Lawyers. He is admitted to practice in Missouri, and before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri and U.S. Federal Court. Mr. Lotven earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from Drake University and his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.
