James W. Carlton, Jr.
is a shareholder in the law firm of Garvin, Agee & Carlton, P.C., where he focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning, real estate, probate, estate administration, taxation, municipal and elder law. He is a certified public accountant in Oklahoma and has served as municipal counsel for the cities of Pauls Valley, Davis and Paoli. Mr. Carlton is a member of the Oklahoma County (Real Estate Section), Garvin County, Oklahoma, and American bar associations; and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants. He earned his B.A.C. and J.D. degrees from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.

Kimberly A. Wurtz
is of counsel with Phillips Murrah P.C. where she has dedicated her legal practice to assisting landowners while also striving to protect the land and our natural resources. Today, she practices property law, water law, and energy law, focusing on landowner property matters, water rights, and asset protection. Prior to entering the legal field, Ms. Wurtz worked as a landman in Midland, Texas, gaining over 15 years of experience in the Permian and Delaware Basins, while focusing on land operations and management. She is a double graduate from the University of Oklahoma, receiving her bachelor's degree and her Juris Doctor from OU. While in law school, she received the American Jurisprudence Award for Energy Law and was named to the Dean's Honor Roll. Always in pursuit of learning and helping others, she now teaches Mineral Title Examination and Real Estate Transactions, and Oil and Gas Regulatory Practice at Texas A&M University School of Law. As an Oklahoma delegate to the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission; she serves as the chair of the Legal and Regulatory Affairs Committee; is a member of the Energy Resources, Research and Technology Committee; and is a volunteer with both Operation Standby and Operation LAMP (Legal Assistance for Military Families). Ms. Wurtz also serves on the Oklahoma NARO Board of Directors and the NARO Foundation Board of Directors. She is a co-author for Patton and Palomar on Land Titles. She has published articles on groundwater, produced water, and well interference and also enjoys presenting on these topics at various conferences.

Mallory A. Kallabat
is a Senior Attorney with Clark Hill providing personal legal services to individual and corporate clients in the areas of estate planning, tax and business planning, as well as probate and trust administration. In addition to estate planning and probate matters, Ms. Kallabat also assists entities and individuals with their business planning needs. Developing a tax or succession plan is within the matters on which she can assist. Her corporate clientele also includes those in the emerging cannabis industry, with whom she collaborates to structure their proposed Marijuana businesses, as well as apply for facility licenses with municipalities and the Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency. She earned her B.A. degree from Wayne State University and her J.D. degree from Wayne State University Law School. Ms. Kallabat is a board member with The Community House Foundation and the Detroit Executives Association. She is admitted to practice in Michigan.

Jena L. Williams
is Of Counsel to the law firm of Fellers Snider in Oklahoma City. She practices oil and gas law, with an emphasis on title examination, litigation, and regulatory matters. Ms. Williams has experience in representing clients in probate and estate planning matters, with an emphasis in helping families with mineral and oil and gas interests across Oklahoma manage their property and estates. Additionally, she represents clients in commercial and residential real estate matters and general business law. Ms. Williams graduated from the University of Oklahoma, earning both her undergraduate and J.D. degrees. She is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma City Bar Association, Oklahoma City Association of Professional Landmen, Oklahoma City Mineral Lawyers Society and the American Association of Professional Landmen.

Bria Winston
is a partner with Ball Morse Lowe PLLC, whose practice is focused on estate planning, entity formation and maintenance, and prenuptial agreements. Prior to joining the firm, her practice focused on family law litigation. Ms. Winston received her B.A. degree from the University of Oklahoma, where she graduated with distinction; and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Oklahoma City University School of Law. She is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma County Bar Association, the Oklahoma City Estate Planning Council, and the Council of Entrepreneurs. Ms. Winston is admitted to practice law in Oklahoma.

Joseph R. Wells
is an attorney in private practice in Tulsa with Wells Law, PLLC. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a B.S. degree in mathematics. After graduating, he worked as a stock analyst in New York City before deciding to attend law school. Mr. Wells then attended the University of Tulsa College of Law where he received his J.D. degree and Washington University School of Law in St. Louis where he received an LL.M. degree in taxation. After completing his legal education, his practice began in general civil litigation, probate and estate planning, as well as family law.
