Lora N. Williams
is sole owner of Williams Law Office, PC near Greensburg, Indiana, where her primary focus is estate and business planning. She also maintains a creditor collections practice in central Indiana. Ms. Williams is a frequent presenter for National Business Institute, and has previously taught business law courses at Indiana Wesleyan University and Butler University. She earned her B.A. degree from Purdue University, her J.D. degree from Syracuse University, and her Master in Public Administration Degree from Syracuse University. Ms. Williams is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Decatur County Bar Association.

Jessica R. Williams
is a partner of Robinson Farthing Spandau Williams LLC. Her focus includes estate planning, estate and trust administration (including litigation components), and guardianships. Ms. Williams attended the IU McKinney School of Law from 2010 to 2013 as a non-traditional evening student. While attending law school in the evenings, she managed two occupations; one as a legal intern at the Indiana Prosecuting Attorneys Council and the other as a clinical laboratory scientist at IU Health North Hospital. In December 2013, Ms. Williams completed her law school education and earned her Juris Doctorate, as well as a specialty certification in health law. She co-authored behavioral contracts in a John Hopkins University's publication, Biology in 2014. Ms. Williams earned her bachelor's degree in science at Indiana State University, and her Associates in Arts and Associates in Arts and Science degrees at Lincoln Trail College. She is immediate past chair of the Indianapolis Bar Association's Estate Planning and Administration Executive Council, and current chair of Indiana State Bar Association and the Estate Planning Council.

Anne Hamilton Curry
is an attorney with Mallor Grodner LLP. She is a board-certified Indiana estate and trust lawyer, as certified by the Trust and Estate Specialty Board of the Indiana State Bar Association. Ms. Curry has extensive experience representing clients in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, and estate and trust litigation. She also practices in the area of non-profit formation and income, estate, and fiduciary income taxation. Ms. Curry focuses her practice on special needs planning for children and adults with disabilities to enhance the quality of life for those affected by disability and provide peace of mind for families that the needs of their loved one will be met. She is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, currently serving as co-chair of the Trust and Estate Specialty Board and is a member of the Probate Code Review Committee of the Indiana State Bar Association. Ms. Curry earned her undergraduate degree from Wheaton College and her J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law.

Tracy A. Coleman
is the owner of Coleman Law Group LLC, located in Gary, Indiana. She has more than 21 years of experience and a diverse law practice. Ms. Coleman's areas of practice include, but are not limited to, personal injury cases, discrimination cases, civil rights cases, estate planning, and family law. She is admitted to practice in the state of Indiana, and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern districts of Indiana, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Ms. Coleman earned her B.A. degree from Indiana University. She worked on her Juris Doctorate degree at Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon and University of Nairobi in Nairobi, Kenya, before receiving her Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso University School of Law.

Joshua Burkhardt
is a partner at Hunt Suedhoff Kearney LLP in the firm's Fort Wayne office. He helps clients plan, build and protect their businesses. Mr. Burkhardt advises individuals and businesses on several areas of law, including acquisitions, asset purchase agreements, contracts, corporate formalities, dissolution, due diligence matters, financial issues, formation, management issues, and work out negotiations. He also handles appellate, bankruptcy, financial, tax, estate planning and municipal legal issues. Mr. Burkhardt earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Northern Kentucky University and his J.D. degree, with high distinction, from Ohio Northern University, Pettit College of Law. He is a member of the Allen County (chair, Appellate Section; vice chair, Bankruptcy Section) and Indiana State bar associations.

Subsequently, Ms. Cibulka earned her Juris Doctor from the esteemed Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, located in Indianapolis, Indiana. During her tenure at McKinney, she actively engaged with the Federalist Society and devoted her time as a Guardian Ad Litem and Court Appointed Special Advocate for Child in Need of Services Cases, reflecting her deep dedication to upholding justice and the welfare of children. Ms. Cibulka's commitment to this cause extends beyond her professional life, as she continues to champion Child in Need of Services Cases outside of her regular duties.
