Tracy A. Coleman
is the owner of Coleman Law Group LLC, located in Gary, Indiana. She has more than 21 years of experience and a diverse law practice. Ms. Coleman's areas of practice include, but are not limited to, personal injury cases, discrimination cases, civil rights cases, estate planning, and family law. She is admitted to practice in the state of Indiana, U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern districts of Indiana, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Ms. Coleman earned her B.A. degree from Indiana University. She worked on her Juris Doctorate degree at Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon and University of Nairobi in Nairobi, Kenya, before receiving her Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso University School of Law.

Kathleen M. Erickson
is a partner with the law firm of O'Neill McFadden & Willett. She focuses her practice on a wide range of civil litigation defense,and has extensive experience handling medical malpractice and healthcare defense matters. Ms. Erickson works with her clients through all phases of litigation, including investigation, motion practice, written and oral discovery, and trial. She represents hospitals and individual health care providers before medical review panels, in court and on appeal. Ms. Erickson earned her B.A. degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and her J.D. degree from Valparaiso University School of Law. She is a member of the Lake County Indiana Bar Association.

Judy L. Woods
is a partner with Krieg DeVault LLP, in the firm's Litigation Practice Group. She focuses her practice on complex commercial and "bet the company" litigation, including domestic and international antitrust, intellectual property, class actions, mass torts, financial, shareholder, and corporate governance disputes. Ms. Woods represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation involving mergers, acquisitions, asset purchases and sales of public and private companies, partnerships, limited liability firms, financial, insurance and holding companies; matters related to the purchase and sale of stock, annuities, debentures or other securities; professional liability matters, as well as other matters involving financial institutions, issuers, underwriters, broker/dealers and accounting firms; intellectual property and ERISA matters; and other business to business disputes. Ms. Woods has extensive experience in electronic discovery and the use of expert witnesses. She is a mediator and an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association serving on the Panel of Neutrals for Large and Complex Cases, for Commercial Cases and for the International Center for Dispute Resolution. Ms. Woods has several published decisions and articles, and authors Volumes 7, 8 and 8A (UCC) of Indiana Practice. She earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Macalester College; her M.A. degree from Bryn Mawr College; and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Indiana University McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis.

Timothy F. Kelly
is an attorney with Tauber Law Offices located in Schererville Indiana. He focuses his practice on personal injury, commercial, and contract litigation. Mr. Kelly is also a civil mediator having successfully mediated hundreds of personal injury cases. He has tried hundreds of cases in state and federal courts in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Louisiana, Texas, Arizona, and Tennessee. Mr. Kelly is a founding member of the Chicagoland Law Tigers, an organization that represents injured motorcycle riders. He is a member of the American Association for justice, the American Association of Motorcycle Injury Lawyers, ABATE, and the Harley Owners' group. Mr. Kelly earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1972.

Stephanie L. Gutwein
is an attorney at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, and a member of the firm's business litigation practice group, as well as the ERISA litigation and public sector finance and transaction sub-groups. She has experience in a wide variety of complex business disputes in federal and state courts, representing commercial and public clients, individuals, and benefit plans and plan fiduciaries pursuing and defending constitutional claims under the Indiana and United States Constitutions; contract; statutory; and shareholder claims; and ERISA disputes, including those related to employee pension and welfare plans, ESOPs, severance plans and equity awards, qualified domestic relations orders, and multiemployer pension plans. Ms. Gutwein also maintains a regular pro bono practice. She is a board member of IndyBar's eDiscovery Committee. Ms. Gutwein earned her J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from the IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law. She received degrees in biology and political science from Indiana University, Bloomington.
