Timothy J. Keiser
is a trial attorney with GWC Injury Lawyers LLC. His primary areas of practice are toxic tort litigation, construction negligence, civil rights actions, and other complex litigation matters. Mr. Keiser earned his B.B.S. degree from Ohio University's College of Business and his J.D. degree from DePaul University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Illinois and the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois.

Timothy W. Heath
is a shareholder of Heath & Heath, P.C., where he focuses his practice on personal injury claims. He handles cases that involve the following matters: simple negligence, car accidents, medical malpractice, product liability, machinery accidents, catastrophic injuries, dog bites, nursing home abuse and neglect, premises liability, wrongful death, the Federal Employers Liability Act, emotional distress, child injuries, truck accidents and motorcycle accidents. Mr. Heath is a member of Illinois State Bar Association, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and the DuPage County Bar Association. He has been selected as a SuperLawyer 2009-2023; Leading Lawyers in Illinois; Top Attorneys in Illinois and Top 10 Personal Injury Lawyer, as well as Cook County Jury Verdict Award for highest verdict for the death of a baby. He also has the Cook County Jury Verdict Award for highest verdict for organ transplant case. Mr. Heath received his B.A. degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and earned his J.D. degree from Loyola University Chicago Law School.

William F. Moran, III
is a partner with Stratton, Giganit, Stone and Moran & Radkey where he practices in the areas of administrative law, civil and criminal litigation, appeals, family law, general practice, criminal law, and professional liability. He earned his B.S. and J.D. degrees from Southern Illinois University. Mr. Moran is admitted to practice in Illinois; U.S. District Court, Central District of Illinois; U.S. Supreme Court; and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit.

Robert A. Kezelis
is a sole practitioner in Palos Heights, Illinois, where he practices in the areas of civil litigation, family law and complex litigation. He is a former adjunct professor at John Marshall Law School. In 1991, Mr. Kezelis was the first American professor invited to teach in Lithuania after the collapse of the Soviet Union. He has spoken for various professional groups on topics related to his areas of practice. Mr. Kezelis earned his B.A. degree from Northwestern University and his J.D. degree from John Marshall Law School. He is a member of the Chicago (member, Professional Responsibility, Civil Practice and Judicial Evaluation committees), Illinois State and Lithuanian American (former president) bar associations, as well as the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.
