Robert (Beau) E. Blumberg
is a partner with Deutsch Blumberg & Caballero P.A., where he practices personal injury, medical malpractice, and product liability law. He is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle districts of Florida. Mr. Blumberg is a member of The Florida Bar (member, Rules of General Practice and Judicial Administration Committee 2017-2023; member, Code & Rules of Evidence Committee 2023-2026; chair, Standing Committee on Technology 2021-2022; Grievance Committee "A" Member, 2020-2023). He is appointed to the Florida Courts Technology Commission by the Florida Supreme Court 2022-2024, Board of Directors of the Miami Dade Bar 2022-2025, Board of Directors of the Young Lawyers Section of the Miami Dade Bar Association 2020-2024, and president of the MDB YLS 2023-2024. Mr. Blumberg earned his B.A. degree from the College of William & Mary and his J.D. degree from the William & Mary School of Law. In his free time, he travels and practices Ashtanga Yoga.

Mitchell Panter
is the managing partner at the law firm of Panter, Panter & Sampedro, P.A., where he practices in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, product liability, and premises liability. Mr. Panter oversees the firm's day-to-day practice, with five attorneys and a staff of 16. He has tried cases and represented clients throughout the state of Florida. Mr. Panter is board-certified by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education as a specialist in civil trial law; and by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in civil trial advocacy and civil pretrial practice law. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from the University of Miami. Mr. Panter attended Wagner College in Bregenz, Austria while enrolled in a Junior Year Abroad program. He is a member of the South Miami Kendall Bar Association, B'Nai Brith Bench and Bar, Dade County Bar Association Professionalism Committee (2016), and Miami Dade Commission on Ethics and Public Trust.

is an attorney with The Galione Law Firm, P.A., in Gainesville, Florida. Mr. Galione has been in practice for more than 25 years. He practices in the areas of child injury, including child abuse and neglect, defective toys and equipment, and pediatric medical malpractice, in addition to personal injury, auto collisions and slip and fall accidents. Mr. Galione is a member of The Florida Bar (former member of Continuing Legal Education Committee, former member of Solo & Small Firm Section, former member of Trial Lawyers Section). He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Florida-Warrington College of Business and his J.D. degree from the University of Florida-Fredric G. Levin College of Law.

is a civil trial attorney with GOLDLAW-Law Offices of Craig Goldenfarb P.A. He plays a vital role in prosecuting medical negligence cases, as well as other complex personal injury claims on behalf of the firm's clients. Mr. Kenison earned his B.S. degree from University of Florida and his J.D. degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law. He is a member of The Florida Bar, and admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, and Florida.

is a civil trial attorney with GOLDLAW-Law Offices of Craig Goldenfarb P.A. He has dedicated his career to obtaining justice for ALL categories of victims of negligence. Mr. Kugler earned his B.A. degree from University of Miami and his J.D. degree from Nova Southeastern University Law School. He is a member of The Florida Bar, Palm Beach County Bar Association, Palm Beach County Justice Association, Florida Justice Association, chair of the Palm Beach County Commission on Ethics, co-chair of the Palm Beach County Bar Association (Civil Practice Committee), and a founding member of the Palm Beach County Sexual Assault Response Team.

Richard L. Allen, Jr.
is a partner in the Orlando office of Haliczer Pettis & Schwamm. For more than 40 years, he has represented clients in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice and professional/legal malpractice. Mr. Allen previously worked as a hospital pharmacist, hospital risk manager, and for an entity owned by the Ohio Hospital Association, where he consulted on risk Management, quality assurance and claims services for nearly 125 U.S. hospitals. These roles allowed him to gain a better understanding of the inner workings of various health care industries, and a unique perspective when handling medical malpractice cases. Mr. Allen earned his B.S. degree from University of Cincinnati and his J.D. degree from Capital University Law School. He is a member of the Florida Justice Association, American Association for Justice and Orange County Bar Association. Mr. Allen is admitted to practice in Florida, U.S. Court of Appeals Eleventh Circuit and U.S. District Court Northern, Southern and Middle districts of Florida.
